She summarily referred me to another agent, Tracy Foster, who has spent the last few weeks systematically berating me for attempting to find a less expensive policy and now is threatening me with signing something relieving the agency of liability if I switch from Kemper to Mercury. The crazy thing is that I had Mercury for many years through this same agency upon their recommendation with no issues. Tracy suggested that if I am unwilling to sign their document, I find another agent. No problem, will do.

Never worked with me at renewal half year after half year to try to help me save money when I asked for some consideration. Welp, their competitor is offering me the same coverage for less than half and after a rude phone staff experience followed by 2 weeks of unreturned messages, as getting a human on the line seems impossible with this franchise, even when being connected from corporate customer service, I will be moving on.
