We could not get a hold of anyone in the office, and when my mom finally got someone, she was told " she was too impatient" and that they handle all their business via phone, I don't know how, when no one answers. I'm not sure how difficult it is to cancel a policy, when that's literally your only job. If i sound upset, it's because I am. Had this been an accident, you can't get ahold of anyone in their phone numbers. My mom never received a cancellation confirmation, she could not have been more patient. Maybe they are cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Please skip these third parties and go directly to the company.
