Quick and easy. Both eye tests and glasses fitting. For the eye test, you just call in and make your appointment, they see you and you leave. The doctor provides you with all the information you need to know and want to know. For the glasses fitting, you don't need an appointment, you can just walk right in and get that done. I walked in on a Monday morning and was out within 10-15 mins. It's local to me and is my 1 stop shop for eyewear. read more

Gresham vision center deserves less then a star based upon my last experience... Dr. Agost. Ive never been treated so awful by an optometrist in the 30 years I've been having eye exams and care. I almost walked out in the middle of the situation but stayed and am now wishing I would have just left. I did not get a proper exam, I did not get what my insurance pays for and I was left upset it's been over a month and I'm still thinking about this experience. I do not recommend them. btw I didn't even know his name, he didn't introduce himself I had to look up his bio. He's rude, condescending, doesn't care about your concerns, didn't listen, didn't do a proper exam. His staff also brushed me off and didn't want to help find glasses if my insurance only covered part of them. it was a waste of time and shaken experience. read more

I've been a patient here (at the Gresham office) for many, many years. I've had excellent care here including regular eye exams, glasses, contact lenses, and "medical" eye care for eye infections including pink eye and such. They've been flexible and helpful to me when I needed eye care and had been out of work, which I deeply appreciated. When I had vision insurance for a short time, I went to a 'chain-store/clinic' type place and that's when I realized how good my care is at Gresham Vision Center. I highly recommend the doctors here, staff, and services. If you have any kind of problem or concern, say so, so you and they can work it out for the highest good for all concerned. read more

Dark and cramped office. Went in for glasses to help me see farther away, walked out with useless reading glasses. Dr. Agost really seemed like he had better things to do and did not listen to me at all. Receptionists were great. read more

I recently ordered contact lenses for my son and had them shipped directly to him. Unfortunately, they never arrived. Jennifer went above and beyond to help us track them down. When that didn't result in a solution she reordered the lenses, chose a different and more secure shipping method at no additional cost to me. Her communication and professionalism was much appreciated in such a stressful situation. I can't recommend Gresham Vision and their caring staff enough! read more

The Gresham office is bright and cheery and everyone I've dealt with has lovely customer service skills. **I WAS ACCUSED OF COMMITING INSURANCE FRAUD** I've been a patient here for over 10 years, & I have spend lots of money on my whole family and myself, In contacts, & glass, & exams. On Friday 9/23/16 I went to purchase a couple of sunglass me & my son. The receptionist recognized me right away very nice as always, the lady who was selling me the glass right away assumed I was committing Insurance Fraud since I was buying 2 pair of sunglass, one for my son & one for me & I was using my insurance to cover partial of the frame charges as my insurance covers $125 for frames on my glass & my son would get his pair at the same discount & I would just pay the difference in cash as I've always have done it for the past 10 plus years. "SHE COULDN'T FIND MY FILE AND RIGHT AWAY SHE TOLD ME IN FRONT OF MY SON THAT WHAT I WAS DOING IS CONSIDER INSURANCE FRAUD. I was beyond mad but kept it professional as I wasnt going to go off on her in front of my son. the receptionist came over & help her find my profile I paid for the sunglass and not even once did she apologized. This is unacceptable, unprofessional & beyond embarrassing to do this in front of other clients. I WILL NOT BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION AS IM' STILL IN SHOCKED THAT SHE WOULD ACCUSED ME OF INSURANCE FRAUD. I've been paying for my insurance for over 30years & to have such idiot accusing me of insurance fraud she definitely needs to learn the difference between fraud & paid insurance. read more
