They are always willing to answer the phone, return an email, or even talk face-to-face during the working hours for any questions and/or problems that I had. The rate I had was great as my wife and I lived there for four years and our rate never changed. They have a quick turnaround if there are maintenance problems from the time you input it into the work portal to the time they fix it. Designated parking spots and plenty of guest parking if you have an extra vehicle. Lastly, the apartment we had was very clean when starting out. As you can guest, four years does have some wear and tear. However, be rest assured that they will have it clean and spotless for you as when my wife and I first moved in.

I lived there for five years and the first three years were OK but when the new management took over, things took a real dive. Thank goodness I did my research and the reviews for Park Crest Commons were glowing. Gayle and Rachael are amazing,, note question was too silly for them to answer when I was doing my research before I moved. Maintenance is amazing. In fact, sometimes they show up so quickly I don't even have time to prepare! The grounds are gorgeous. Everything is being or has been updated. The community events that the management team holds for the resident are always very heartwarming and as a caregiver sometimes I have my clients with me and they are welcomed with open arms as well. Again, I really can't say enough about the team here at Park Crest Commons and you won't regret moving here if you do.

I greatly appreciated the beautiful view, how soundproof the walls were (we never heard anyone walking above us and any noise from other apartments was very faint) and how helpful the management was overall. When we first moved there they were a bit disorganized (didn't always complete service requests on time), but they improved some in this regard as time went on. It's also a very pet friendly building and it was fun to "meet" so many different dogs on the elevator :-) The only real downside was the location imo. The nearby parks, and neighborhood in general, are overrun by homeless people and drug addicts, the smell of human urine was on pretty much every street corner in that neighborhood, drug needles could be found lying around on the streets/sidewalks and if you like fresh air in the summertime be prepared for random yelling and screaming at night, sirens blaring day and night and road work first thing in the morning. So, yeah, not the best neighborhood but the apartment itself was very nice and quiet as long as you keep your windows shut :-P

Lots of easy to access walking trails, plus a great dog park only about a mile away. Gym is small but is nice if there are only a few people. Most of the floors in the apartments are vinyl, and the carpet in the bedrooms is very clean! Nice appliances in the kitchen as well. Only a few downsides. Landlords are a bit slow to responding to smoking problems, especially with the entire property being smoke free. We had to report multiple occurrences of smelling marijuana coming through the walls over the span of at least a month before it quit happening. To add to this, the buildings also have very poor ventilation and regularly feel "stuffy", not great for people with allergies. The fragrance dispensers that are in the hallways don't help with this, they add to the discomfort of the dirty feel and foul smell throughout the common places of the building. Last thing is the apartment lacks ample storage, a few more cabinets in the kitchen and main bathroom would make it great!

And it didn't stop once she was moved in. I hear he's still offering to help her with so much. Thank you for taking care of these apartments and creating a warm and loving community for people to live.

When I had an emergency and went a month with no income the landlord hooked me up with resources to pay my rent for me that month. Courtyard is well kept, mowed weekly in the summer, and all of our tenants share it and get along, we watch out for each other. Only place I could find that is affordable on SSI alone if I have to. Electric is only about 50/60 bucks a month, and my apartment is automated with a lot of electronics, Alexa, smart lights and locks etc... So that's pretty efficient too. All in all I say good luck finding anyplace better on this kind of budget. I'm 63 and live alone, this is a great spot for semi or fully retired individuals on a budget. When I was sick for a few days, no one saw me around so landlord comes up to see if I'm ok and if I need anything. This staff goes out of their way to help you feel safe, secure, and happy. This place is well cared for, including it's tenants. If you want to live in a true community come live here, you'll be welcomed. I would say the only unhappy tenants are those that get evicted for something, and it's pretty hard to get evicted from here, you'd have to be really bad or really delinquent. I've never rented, even in a house, from someone who goes out of their way to help you as much as management does here. Most reasonable place to rent from I've ever been in, really, there flexible, up front and honest, I personally couldn't ask for more, this is great little place to live!
