We moved in October of 2020. Within less than a year of living there, our vehicles were broken into more than 3 times in the gated, covered parking. We also rented a garage where we parked our brand new vehicle and locked it with a heavy duty lock. It was broken into and our vehicle was stolen. They're supposed to be gated but the gate is only working maybe once a month. It's constantly broken and they refuse to fix it. They also have a sign that says "24 hour security surveillance" but I have only seen security there to tow a car from the handicap space, not to actually keep the residents safe. When I advised them of our vehicle being stolen and if they could check their "security cameras" I was told that they're too busy doing more important things and was never gotten back to. Their pool is open about 1 day of the year because they're always "doing maintenance" so don't ever expect to be able to have a pool day but 1 day a year. ALL OF THE KIDS there will cuss you out and bully your children and physically harm them. Especially this pre-teen named Jade. Be careful, they will steal from you also. Also, while living there - a 15 year old boy was shot and killed in the next building over from us. We were never talked to or offered to vacate early. There's constant gun shots in this apartment complex and the management just brushes it off. Oh and the best part is, when you move out and leave minor wear and tear behind, they will charge you over thousands of dollars. Here are some examples of our move out charges: 7/20/2022 Full paint $875.00 7/20/2022 Shower resurface x2 $1,990.00 7/20/2022 Full carpet replacement $895.44 7/20/2022 Extra heavy clean $750.00 7/20/2022 Sheetrock repair behind washer $1,300.00 Not to mention, the sheetrock behind the washer was damaged FROM THE MAINTENACE MEN FLOODING OUR APARTMENT WHEN THEY REPLACED THE BROKEN WASHER!! And a shower resurface?? All we did was shower and bathe in the showers. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE DONE BY US!!!!! FULL PAINT?? It's standard for apartments to re-paint the apartments after residents move out!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT AN $8000 BILL ON YOUR CREDIT SCORE. PLEASE READ. (2022-2023) THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS PHYSICALLY AND FINANCIALLY! Maintenance has come in without permission while I was naked in my room (it was not an emergency entrance they just thought I got their "call" they put in 30 MINUTES before coming in). be prepared for a lot of personal property damage, dangerous (and criminally wanted) neighbors, and an office team that is so lazy you couldn't get a sentence through to their manager if you were talking face to face. I had multiple requests in to fix an infestation, and heating issue that went ignored for months (safety issue that was recognized by the state after I contacted them). The office management has been "sick" for a month (every time I call). Protect yourself from this complex! A person was killed on the first floor, there are abusive tenants, it's dirty outside with dog poop and trash everywhere, no safety. They don't fix anything unless you complain to state. 0 STARS!! Once moving out, I got a bunch of bogus charges for damages that was done by maintenance months prior (that was sent as pictures for evidence to staff). And no receipts will be provided you have to "take their word for it" False charges and now they will not respond to me! read more

Since most of the reviews are from people who moved out and were upset about the security deposit being retained, I ignored most of the concerns I read and moved here anyway. I wish I had not. I haven't been here long but have run into many problems. Most of them are safety issues. There are good things about the complex, like the garbage being collected and compacted every day, the nice appearance of the landscaping and renovated units, the gym, etc. They simply don't outweigh the bad parts enough to merit more stars. I'm going to list them from what is most severe to less important: *Yesterday a man exposed himself to kids at the playground. It's going to be on the news this morning because the guy ran away. I suppose it was a risk because there is a large chainlink fence separating a walking trail and the apartment, and a lot of unsupervised children at the apartment playground on the other side. The complex moved the park from an area visible from a major street to a more secluded spot so it was much easier for the man to get away with what he did. *Another resident threatened physical violence when we moved in. It was after hours and the security company didn't respond. The apartment manager had to be contacted more than once to get a response, and the response was that he was told not to do it again, and he was sorry. ??? That's it. You're allowed to keep your lease if you threaten to beat up other residents. Unbelievably, the dispute started because our parking spot was taken and there was no way to get the car towed without the apartment complex's authorization, and no one from the apartment could be reached. Since then my spot has been parked in again, the second time by contractors that the complex hired. They were not provided any parking and all the spots are assigned. *The trail behind the apartment goes to the max station, which is nice, but there are homeless people living in the woods there. On the north end of that fence there is a huge hole that anyone can walk through. Residents on that side of the complex go through the fence instead of going all the way around. A gate would fix the problem. There is no way the management is unaware of the hole. *During the summer, some people were hanging out at the children's playground at night and smoking pot. They were very loud. Security was hard to get ahold of and when I did they made it clear that they had to drive from a distance so call back if the people leave before then. *the security lights went out for long stretches of time so it was difficult to walk home at night without tripping. It was also unsettling. *Last week a homeless man was running behind the apartment complex and shrieking. This happened for hours, starting at about 430 in the morning. The security company wasn't available. The calls went to voicemail. *There are huge dogs everywhere. I don't like big dogs because I have small children. I was assured that there is a 30 lb weight limit for dogs here. There are chows, boxers, pits, etc. These dogs are all 50 lbs on the small side, and must walk past the playground to enter the dog park. it seems like an accident waiting to happen. *There are rarely, if ever, adults supervising their children at the apartment complex. Many of the children are young (3, 4, or 5 years old). Many of the children are very mean to one another. Ive seen them physically fighting each other, throwing garbage and rocks, etc. Other residents I've seen kids laying down on skateboards and rolling behind the parked cars. If anyone would have backed up their car at the wrong moment it would have been gravely serious. *the hinges to exterior doors on the ground floor are on the outside. Anyone could unscrew them from the outside and enter your home. this is (shockingly!) up to code in Gresham but it is not a good idea. *What you've heard about ants is true. Keeping your apartment emaculate isn't adequate protection. It is an infestation and the apartment complex should do the right thing and hire exterminators. There are some non-safety issues that are bothersome as well. One of the main ones is that due to the lack of parking, packages shipped to the complex usually wind up in the office. There is no clear organizational system to sort the packages as they come in. Whoever is in the office has to unlock one of the conference rooms where the packages are kept and look around for them, and if it isn't there they check another room downstairs. It could all be avoided pretty easily with some simple sorting and some sticky notes. More than once I would get a notice of a delivery, send my spouse to check for it, and they would come back empty handed. I would go in an hour later and someone else would check and find it and say that it had been there for more than a day. read more

Lived here for a year and am finally out of this place. They boast several amenities but prepare to share those with lots of very rude kids. Hot tub, pool.... good luck. Trying to get ahold of the staff in the front office?!?! HA!!!! Think it's a safe place because of the gates?!?! The gates are left open or broken. Parking?!!! If you have two cars prepare to walk a ways to your apartment. I never missed a payment, always paid on time and kept to ourselves but for what you pay versus what you get, save the money. You can't use the theater unless the building is staffed. This means you can't use it after 6pm. What's the point?. My last month bill came and I paid the amount listed then the Company called and said I under paid and would have to pay a late fee!?!?! There's drug needles by the trash, homeless people come on the property all the time right by the kids playground! This place might look good but when you step back and see it for what it is, go someplace else. As for the Company reply, I called before writing the review to get a message "you're call is very important to us. Leave a message and someone will call you back in 48 hours". My husband and I lived here for 7 months and it was the best experience we have had in a rental situation. Not to mention the free coffee was delicious and as a former barista, I'm super picky. The staff was nothing but kind and helpful, and when there was a maintenance issue it was fixed within 24 hours. All of these bad reviews confuse me because we never witnessed any of what they're claiming. As far as getting our deposit back, we took care of our apartment, so we only lost $100 for them to do basic cleaning. Moral of the story, take care of your place and you'll get your deposit back, treat staff with respect and they'll help you out and respect you. And age has nothing to do with how they treat you- we're 20 and 21. The apartment itself was beautiful. Very spacious kitchen and bathroom in the 2 bed/2bath. The master was a good size, however the second bedroom was a little small to actually be used as a bedroom. Maybe for a younger kid? We just used it for an office. The grounds are gated and on camera which makes you feel safe. The only complaint I had was our apartment was right by the playground and even being on the main road side of the building, it was pretty loud when the kids would play. But they're kids, so what do you expect. If you don't want to hear it, maybe specify that before you lease a unit. read more

People talk some smack. I've lived here paying full rent for 2.5 years. 5he staff is amazing. The amenities are amazing. The insides are amazing. Must be 9ft ceilings, lattes, movie theater (think what a rich person has) pool, nice billiards, and a drug free staff. Never seen a shady person working, never a bad mood manager, never a tweeker on staff. We swapped apartments and they didn't take a dime from our deposit. I rented one bedroom apartment, lived there for about two years when I moved out never received my deposit back. They were charging me over $300 since they said that the whole apartment would have to be repainted, there it was no damage at all, but they said that was in their policy. In summary, they send me to collections... This place might look nice but they overcharge you for rent, and I guarantee you will never see your deposit money again. You will have to pay money out of your pocket on top of your deposit just to move out because they will find bogus things to charge you for, and they will charge you a lot. If you like living in a community where the manager and leasing agents don't care about anything but suckering more people to live at Columbia Trails, and who will fight for you, then this is a right place for you. read more

I love living here! We've been here since January 2017. :) Prior to living here, my husband and I moved each year because the apartment communities were not so great once we lived there for awhile. This went on for over 16 years. The staff here have been been amazingly nice, friendly, helpful, and honest since the day we moved in. We have a 2 bed/2 bath apartment, the ceilings are like 9 ft high, the kitchen is huge for an apartment, there's a pantry (!!), full size washer and dryer, big balcony, and the layout utilizes every square inch of this place. The apartments are tightly sealed, and the windows are double paned. Our place is $1480 a month for rent for a 14 month lease, dog rent ($25.00 per month), water, sewer, and trash; the price never changes and covered parking is included. Our electric bill runs anywhere from $50.00 - $70.00 monthly. No AC but the we're in a shaded place and the window AC unit we have works just fine for summer. The community is gated, there's a pretty nice gym that's empty most of the times I'm in there, a pool and hot tub, the grounds are always pretty clean and well kept, plenty areas for dogs, there's a nice dog park, and there's a pool table room that's pretty much always empty. The biggest bonuses are the theater room that seats 12+ in these super amazing comfy recliners and has a huge TV, free hot breakfast is served each Saturday from 10:00 am - noon, and the common room is cool. You can rent the theater room and common room anytime the office is open (M-F until 6:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 - 5:00 pm) and without a deposit! Lease expires in March so we'll see how much they try to bump up rent... Update: we renewed for another 14 months. Our rent increased with an overall total of ~$35 a month. :) read more

If I could give this property negative stars I would. Lived here for a year. "Gated property" is not accurate in the slightest. The gates were always broken (I moved out a month ago) with anyone being able to go inside the gated areas. When we first moved in, instead of giving us 24 hours to do the walk through paper to make sure everything was working properly, when they gave us our keys they wouldn't leave our apartment until we signed the paper and couldn't properly check the place out to make sure everything was in working order. Which resulted in many outlets not working and doors with broken hinges. If you don't use airtight sealed containers for everything in your pantry you will constantly have an ant problem. We told the apartment and they came and "sprayed" the house one time and it did absolutely no good. Had to go get raid and spray along the bottom of the carpets/counters/wood floors of every single room at least once a month. My car got its window bashed in when it was parked on the street (because there's maybe 5 guest parking spots filled with cars constantly). My roommates car also got stolen out of our assigned parking spot and when I called to ask if they had any security cameras the man just kept saying "wow that's so unbelievable, I don't think we have cameras but I'll ask. I'm just not sure" and didn't seem to know what he was talking about. ANYTHING that has long term contact with ANY of the walls will be covered in mold. Whatever is touching the wall and the wall will both be covered in mold. Also the windows and window sills. I've lived in my fair share of houses and apartments and never had a problem with mold until I lived here. Not sure if it was my unit or the entire complex but it must not have been insulated correctly. Our sink literally fell through the counter and flooded our kitchen and this problem was not fixed until almost a week later and after MANY calls to the office and going there in person to ask what the hold up was. We literally could not use our kitchen for that week and the final time we went to the office to ask when they were planning on fixing it, they said "this is happening to all the renovated apartments after a couple months". Solid answer, thanks for the info and for warning us or maybe fixing it before it happened?? If you're scared for your safety walking to and from your car at night, please do not live here. It's not a safe area and has many questionable people around at times. You WILL have to park far away from your apartment at times and it can be scary. There is not a security company that patrols ever. I didn't see them once while I lived there and I worked all hours of the day and got home random times during the day and night so I'm sure I would have if they had one. They called us about two months before our lease was up and said "hey according to our records you guys are supposed to be out of your apartment tomorrow" and we said "excuse me, our lease is up in two months on this date?" And all they said was "oh sorry wrong person" and then hung up. Poor treatment of your tenants, and poor record keeping if you called the wrong people tell them they had to move out within 24 hours. Then when our lease really was up, they didn't try to get in touch with us at all to see if we were going to be moving or renewing so we had to go to the office and say that we were leaving and then they gave us the papers we needed to fill out. Poor & rude management, unsafe neighborhood & zero parking. Please do not waste your time looking at these apartments. I wish I hadn't lived here, and couldn't wait to move out. read more

I had read the previous two reviews prior to us moving out and couldn't believe that the kind folks at Columbia Trails would treat anyone like that, so surely they were exaggerating. However, when we moved out a few months back we had a similar experience to Diva and Rene. First off I will say that the property itself is probably one of the nicest in Gresham. Unlike the previous reviews we got prompt service when anything was wrong with the apartment, and the maintenance crew is top notch. The staff also treated us well while there and always had a smile and something nice to say. I doubt the girls who work there have any control of the overall unethical business practices at this property. Like a previous reviewer said, don't let yourself be sucked in by all the smiles, you WILL get screwed in the end. Judging by the other reviews and our own experience, it is likely their standard practice to try and gouge residents for as much as possible on the way out. I'm guessing the portion of our move out charges we disputed (about $800) is a standard amount. Just short of what would be worth hiring an attorney for. One of the most laughable charges, although a relatively cheap one was that we were charged for the replacement of a mini blind, which broke from normal wear, then we were also charged for window covering cleaning of both sets of blinds. Our biggest gripe was being charged for the replacement of all the carpeting in the apartment. Granted there was a stain in the back bedroom where some hair color was dropped on the carpet, however that didn't require replacing carpet in the entire apartment. We were only there 2 years, and my wife has always insisted that everyone take their shoes off at the door, so the "wear and tear" they sited on our moving out bill is laughable. They just wanted us to foot the bill for new carpet. There is nothing more we would like to do than to stiff them on the portion of our final statement that is bull****. However as they have reminded us several times, they are going to turn over our account to a collection agency if we don't pay it, so we are going to pay it soon. This is an effective tactic on their part since most of the people leaving will likely need to rent again in the future and doing so is almost impossible with an open collection on your record from an apartment management company. Most of you that are reading this are looking for a place to rent. All I can say is do your research and that I HIGHLY recommend not leasing an apartment at Columbia Trails. read more

Matter of fact expect to get billed more. It's a rip-off. I've called the management team now four times. Talked to a call screener. They promise a return call back in 48 hours. They never call to hear your concerns. Apartments are filthy when you move in. You will spend hours cleaning them yourself before you move anything in. Lived here less than a year they can't keep staff you get to like one person then all of a sudden they're gone which tells me management is horrible in the short time I lived here brothers car was broken into and now mine has I asked to have a garage for free just for two weeks while I wait to get a new window the girls in the office denied me that...we have homeless people that come on to the property and rats that roam the property I've even seen a couple rats walking down stairs from 3rd floor as I was walking up to the second floor they need a pest control but you know they won't put money down on that I'm pretty sure there's more rats than residents here these apartments are gated but the gates are left open half the time and sometimes they're broken! I was told they had a security that comes at night but when calling today I was told they have patrol that comes mind you I've never seen a patrol person by the garbage it says they're is a camera but there isn't. This place seems nice but it's not all that great if you're looking to move here go somewhere else you'll regret living here Ohhh and there is absolutely NO PARKING!! PARK ON THE STREET YOULL GET YOUR CAR BROKEN INTO AND THE APARTMENT STAFF WONT GIVE A SHIT THEY WONT UP THEIR SECURITY. First things first: it's an apartment complex. Take that at face value. You'll hear other people. You will be in close proximity to other individuals/families, which is kind of the point of an apartment complex. To get into the details: the management team here is wonderful. The maintenance team is equally as wonderful. They get things done and they do so quickly and effectively. The staff is considerate, respectful, and easy to work with on everything. The amenities are really nice: the billiards room, the events room, and the gym are well cared for and generally available. We never used the pool or hot tub, but those seem to be a hit in the community. I think the bottom line is that you need to actually take care of the apartment as if it were your own, and you won't have any issues when it comes time to move out. Understand that apartment complexes in general are businesses. You will pay to move out early if you choose to do so. You will pay for damage done in the apartment. Those are just facts of any apartment complex. Just try to be a decent human being and I think you'll have a genuinely decent to good experience. I would have rated 5 stars for the management team and the way the complex is run; however, the general experience of living in an apartment isn't quite 5 stars for me. If you're going to live in an apartment complex in the area: this should probably be on your list. read more

This was my first apartment ever, and I had no idea what I was doing. They ended up taking our entire $600 deposit & unexpectedly charged us extra once we moved out. I made the mistake of not taking pictures before and after. I also called them asking if I could be present for the walkthrough; they didn't answer, and I left a message. They never returned my call. If you decide to move here, I definitely recommend taking pictures, and be present for the walk through once you move out! Thinking about moving in here? Think again!! Management raises rent $100 every year at the end of the year. Loud, obnoxious kids and teens of all ages, parents who don't care either. They enforce the 24/7 quiet free zone rule on people who cause no problems, ITS NOT! You'd be lucky to get even a couple of hours of sleep. Oh, and even better; if you think the office will consider your complaints, when you can't live in peace, THEY. WILL. NOT. Kids get drunk and smoke at the pool with young children around, and nothing gets done. Alot of thing break on their own. Wanna hang something on the wall? Don't put even a single hole in the wall or there goes your deposit. The office workers are disrespectful and don't consider the thoughts and safety of their residents. Things get stolen off of your porch, a golf cart went missing because they did not keep an eye on it. I have had children watch me through my window on several occasions. Current resident! Two stars if for location solely and will be moving once lease is up around the corner. I reside in the community and find that the rent in exchange for the value is worlds apart. The new changes in staff over the last year plus is very stiff and only focus on getting you in the contract but limited follow up thereafter. From what I learned I lucked out with good neighbors but find I don't enjoy the grounds as much because of some dog owners not cleaning up behind the innocent dogs! And the after-hours security to contact for on-site loud noises and some of the shady engagements is a joke. Lastly, parking is a nightmare when needed. On that note, I couldn't believe that the very super-hyper overly engaged guy in the office told a resident if they were late paying the monthly $125 extra garage fee that it would incur an extra $100! Thankfully, I'm a public transport person; but really Columbia Trails, an extra $100 late fee for a garage! What a joke. read more

I lived here for three years and I will never forgive them for how cold hearted they are. I'll keep it somewhat short and simple- They will charge you your first born in deposits, and then they will fight TOOTH AND CLAW to keep them when you leave. You probably won't see a dime come back unless you sick a lawyer on them; and then you will be responsible for paying your second born (or pet, if neither, a limb) in move out fees. They will "find" all the damages you apparently did to the apartment and now have to pay for. Parking is a mess, there is barely enough spots just for the residents let alone guests; and don't even try to park at the mall. They will raise your rent, every single time. And by A LOT. Not a little. A lot. We fell for the pretty community home and the kind staff. It's a front, they will be incredibly unhelpful once you move in, to save the nice act for new prospective residents. They boast gated community, don't fall for it. You can reach over the gate to open the door, there are places where the fence is two feet ABOVE the ground, and the gate to the parking lot is jittery half the time. All of this I could forgive, it seems to be the norm in most apartment complexes. However, here is the story that truly make me realize these people are completely uncaring: My father is in the military, every month he went to training at Camp Rilea. One month, he ran a 24 hour shift and ended up sleepy at the wheel- he swerved off of a steep cliff and smashed into a tree. He almost didn't survive, and he was in the ICU for a month. At this time I was purely going to school and relying on school funding to get me through- it wasn't much and maybe at most I had 500 in my account. When this accident happened, it was almost the end of the month. I was at the hospital crying my eyes out for the whole week, and how does my apartment treat me after I ask if they can make an exception and accept a late payment for the apartment? "A late payment will be a 100 dollar fee." I was sitting in the office at the time staring at a young lady. My father was critically injured, he might suffer brain damage, and she was saying to me straight faced, they didn't give a shit. "But, I don't have the money, it's my dad that pays." "It's policy." There it was. It's policy. To keep it short, I ended up using up all my money and charging a credit card, but by that time I was late by a few days- asking again if they can please waive the fee, they still refused. I contacted my dad's military chief and tearfully told him I couldn't make next month rent either, and had no access to any of his funds. He contacted them and within a few hours I received the call they had taken care of it, and that I wouldn't have to pay any fees if I was late- and that the military would send me a check for the rent next month. I had to contact the MILITARY to tell my apartment to back the fuck off. I never received a refund or apology. In fact, none of the staff even had the courage to tell me what a bullshit policy it was. Even when I looked each of them in the face and asked how they could possibly not make an exception. I don't know how they are a few years later, and I don't care. I won't forgive them, and I want everyone to know just what type of people they might have to deal with. If the chips are down, they might let you sink too. Just hope you never have to go through what I did. read more

Choosing this apartment was a big mistake! I can't wait to move out. Yes this apartment looks nice outside and the people at the office were nice (only) when we sign the lease. We were so excited to move in and living here, although we had noticed quickly this apartment was not the right place for our family. Smoking; this is our fault that didn't consider about smoke free environment. When it's nice out side and want to open the window and get fresh air, people are smoking and get to our house. So if you are non smoker, I wouldn't recommend this apartment. Ants: It may depend on the unit and location, but our unit always have ants issue. Interior: Bad paint job. W/D and kitchen/bathroom sinks are so cheap. The dryer was full of lint and jammed all the time. Office people: They were only nice to us when we signed the lease. Other time, when they were busy with something, they treat you like you are not even there. We understand they get busy, but small eye contact or something would help. It's really inconvenient that we have to come back next day to just pick up a package we were expecting. Overall, they seem overpriced for what it is inside the unit. Lived here for a year and am finally out of this place. They boast several amenities but prepare to share those with lots of very rude kids. Hot tub, pool.... good luck. Trying to get a hold of the staff in the front office?!?! HA!!!! Think it's a safe place because of the gates?!?! The gates are left open or broken. Parking?!!! If you have two cars prepare to walk a ways to your apartment. I never missed a payment, always paid on time and kept to ourselves but for what you pay versus what you get, save the money. You can't use the theater unless the building is staffed. This means you can't use it after 6pm. What's the point?. My last month bill came and I paid the amount listed then the Company called and said I under paid and would have to pay a late fee!?!?! There's drug needles by the trash, homeless people come on the property all the time right by the kids playground! This place might look good but when you step back and see it for what it is, go someplace else. read more

We moved out at the end of august and STILL have not received our deposit check, it's November 12! Let me start by saying that our unit was one of the last to be renovated so we were getting back nearly the whole deposit! We called 3 times to confirm our new address and were assured they had everything they needed and our check would be issued and sent the last Friday of September since they have 30 days to pay us. We expected the check to arrive the first week of September but it came and went, no check. We called and they said 'We didn't have the apartment number!(our landlord would have received it had this been the case, so this is most likely a lie)'. We called mid-September and were told we would have to wait for them to receive the check back and then they would send it to the correct address. We have repeated this several times and they apologize and say we only issue checks but on Friday's so you'll have to wait. We HAVE waited and we've been patient. We can't afford to wait any longer. read more

I've been living here with my fiancé for a year now, and have been very disappointed with the property. The office is closed from 5 pm to 10 am and the "security" company they hire to help us during "out of office" times only responds to assist us until 5 am. I'm a night shift paramedic, and when I got home from work tonight to find a random car parked in my registered spot it was after the security company stop responding and hours before the office opened. So I have no one to report the vehicle to, and with the way the parking at this complex works I also have no where to park except at the mall up the street. This is the final straw upon many here at Columbia fails. They are nearly impossible to reach by telephone, they have repeatedly misplaced our packages and mail, they will change gate codes without notifying residents before they do it and leaving you unable to access the lot. Oh and on top of this they are also raising our rent by $300 dollars if we want to renew our lease. Big surprise: we don't! I'd suggest you keep searching and live somewhere else. read more

Union brothers and sisters and veterans of America do not rent here!!! First off let me say that the apartments are nice at first glance. Then you'll start to notice the deterioration of all the appliances, paint job and trim. By the way the management will make sure to Bill you at the end of your lease for they're terrible paint job. As for being a union member and proudly displaying stickers on your car or banners in your window, they will constantly remind you please take them off they offend others. As for being a veteran displaying our country's flag seems to offend others too, the management will constantly remind you of this. The worst thing by far is them ripping you off at the end of your lease. They will charge you for literally anything that goes wrong even if they hired a contractor to fix the windows siding and it damage the inside window. It also only takes 3 months for them to put you in collections even if they never contacted you previously other than to contact you saying they put you in collections. The management told me that they mailed . out a bill and it wasn't their fault they didn't have my current address even though they have my current phone number... seems a little shady to me. So Union brothers and sisters and veterans spread the word never rent from this place. read more

I love living here. The apartment is clean and spacious with 9-foot ceilings and a huge main bathroom. The office manager, Stephanie, is friendly and always gets back to me in a timely manner. The maintenance department does a great job of keeping on top of maintenance issues. They take care of anything, and do it within a couple days if it's not an emergency. I love that you can pay your rent online, it's so convenient! And the complaint about the rent being due on the 4th? You knew when it was due when you moved in, so why complain now? Also, in my past rental experience, most rents are due on the 1st of the month, and they are late by the 5th. Now, if your rent is due on the 4th, if you are a responsible adult, you would budget for it throughout the month! Anyway, the only thing I am not too fond of is that my parking spot is quite a ways away from my apartment, but I figure I could use the extra steps in my day! That is the only reason I gave it 4/5 stars. read more
