Wow! What a beautiful mindset these ladies have…read more I have known Tifhani for 10 some odd years and find her to be one of the most genuine and caring people I have ever met. When it came time for me to hire my first Assistant last year, I didn't have the first clue where to start. After a casual visit with Tif, I knew having Shine's guidance and support was just what I needed. Tifhani and Arienne came to my office to fully get my vibe, went through a laundry list of questions and walked away with pages of notes. From there, they posted my job, pre-interviewed my candidates and helped me solidify my hire. Any questions I had along the way were answered quickly and any resource I needed was provided. My Assistant has now been with me for just over a year and is a perfect fit for my growing little Real Estate team. Thanks again Ladies!

After that I talked to one of the Managers, Evelyne in the Vancouver office who ended up hanging up on me. I finally got ahold of Jamie, who is supposed to be running the show who denied that her manager did this to me. I sent her the voice recording. Im guessing she didnt like that I was correct on this because when we asked to try one more time to use them, she explicitly told me that she is good with giving second chances. As if we were the ones that needed the second chance after all of there unprofessionalism. I would NEVER ever use them. Not reliable or accountable

I'm still benefiting from Rush's ability to winnow down candidates and see the best match with my needs. She saved me not only the hassle of the search, but she got me an assistant who I've wanted to keep around (and have), thus saving me the hassles of rehiring and retraining. Working with Lori was wonderful, so knowledgeable about HR rules, laws and regulations. She had such ability to be so business oriented yet warm and extremely likable. Rush Recruiting is VERY adept at finding the right fit for your company - no one better out there.

The first thing I noticed when I went to visit was how welcomed I felt. The receptionist was warm and friendly and offered me something to drink. Before I even met Lori, it was clear that my presence in the office was welcome, and I felt like an honored guest. My meeting with Lori was highly beneficial with valuable information and lively interaction. My primary goal was to get help with my resume, which I had sent to her in advance. Lori had already looked over it and had several great ideas right off the bat. I thought my resume looked pretty good, but her experience in the field allowed her to pinpoint ways for me to make my resume even more powerful and concise. In addition to our meeting, she was available later via email to look over the changes I made to my resume. Perhaps the most special part of the meeting was how Lori "got me" and why I do my work. She heard my heart and even got teary-eyed as I talked about my passions! In a time when I was feeling a little uncertain about myself, it was so empowering to receive Lori's words as a mirror for me. I left her office feeling really good about myself, and armed with great tools to assist my job search. Lori Rush really knows her stuff.

I needed a dedicated space separate from my personal life and some serious help with organization. Adrienne turned my disorganized, dysfunctional and overly crowded office into an efficient, organized and practical office sanctuary. I would hands down recommend Blythe to anyone. Adrienne made it a point to set the stage for me to feel open about sharing my struggles and goals of my office project without ever feeling judged. She took notes and really listened to my concerns. I was truly provided a tailored experience. Adrienne designed my office space around my style and my needs. Including creating a special station for my dog to snuggle up while I'm working! She was able to create a variety of unique storage systems that were functional and easy for me to navigate. What I appreciated the very most was how much love and heart went into creating my office sanctuary. Adrienne was incredible to work with! I can't wait to work with her on the next project!

By the end of everything, I ended up hiring her for much more than I ever expected…read more Her first job was my guest room & front closets. I thought I was pretty organized, but we still ended up without about 2 HUGE loads of goodwill donations. From there, I needed her for my entire basement (pantry, laundry room, family room transitioning from little to big kids). More Goodwill trips. She also transitioned my boys' rooms from little to next stages. When I first met with Adrienne, I was not expecting to be relocating from Portland to Grants Pass and was just hoping for a little help with some organization. However, she was a huge part of helping us with the moving process. One of my biggest concerns was that I didn't want to be judged. This might be Adrienne's best skill ~ she cares about people and does everything with compassion. My biggest recommendation shows in that I wish she was in Grants Pass now to help us with any one (or all!) of our rooms! Honestly, I can't recommend her enough. She's worth every penny (never wastes time!), goes above and beyond, and never judges!
