And he was definitely not checking his phone while driving other than to glance at navigation toward the end of the trip once we got deeper into my neighborhood. - Clean and Comfortable -- his car was very comfortable and impeccably clean. I purchase my ticket online and it was fairly easy. The customer service was good. There was a rep in the lobby that clarified my pickup destination and offered a golf cart ride if needed. The train was full but not crowded. I was able to find a seat fairly easily. The ride was comfortable, I was able to read my book and relax. The downside was that I would've liked to wipe down my chair and table. Yes it's public transportation but it would be nice if they had Clorox wipes and sanitary stations available for passengers to wipe down their area.

Were they Amish? We never did find out. The comfortable air conditioning vents helped with the armpit smell that wafted from...places... It doesn't pick up over at the bus hub on 65th anymore (University/65th Lightrail station). Instead you'll need to grab megabus from under the freeway, on 6th between W & X. I did a little research and found the Megabus website with a pick up at the 65th Bus station in Sacramento with a drop off in San Francisco on Townsend between 4th and 5th street. That might be a perfect situation for those going to the Giants game as it lets off literally a few blocks from AT&T Park. We chose the 9:30am bus with a 11:30am arrival in Sn Francisco. Research noted that you cue up in line as most (but not all) seats are first come first served. We arrived 30 min ahead and were 5th and 6th in line. The bus arrived at 9:10and we were on by 9:10. Reserved seats can be purchased for an additional $1 fee as well. There are Table and front row seats for $5 or $7 more as well. Bus is clean, comfortable. We sat on the upper level, with a nice view. The only negative for me is that the bus ride is "soft". What I mean is that our bus had that Cadillac soft rolling feel and was slowly rocking up and down with every bump in the road. So for those of you that get car sick easily, you have been forewarned. Reservations are done online, and the process is incredibly easy. For $9 plus the $1 reservation fee for this trip, I found it a great deal. Plus not having to drive, free wi fi, no toll made the trip well worth it. Food is allowed on bus, and there is a restroom on board as well. I'll be back to use on the next day game for the Giants!

A few included Davis, Fairfield, Vacaville, Richmond, Suisan City,Martinez, Berkeley and Emeryville and of course Sacramento and Jack London Square in Oakland Check their schedule if you're considering taking a ride. I bought my ticket to ride the morning of my trip from the train station counter. I paid $60 round trip. Conductors come through the train and ask to see your ticket for proof of payment. This is an option if you want to get to Sacramento from the Bay Area without driving. Once you get off the train in Sacramento, there are a lot of places within walking distance. The ride along the Bay is scenic, you'll get a glimpse of the American River close to the Sacramento station. I enjoyed views of the water and a mostly peaceful train ride. If you want to nap or work, it's easy. Bring headphones if you quiet and or focus time. I added a few shots I took on my outbound ride. My trains were on time departing coming and going.

Tonite, he was dropped off by the driver, who did not escort him to the door, as they are supposed to do, because they primarily give their services to the handicapped. We have lived at the same address for 3 years now, they have our address on file. Had the driver escorted him to the door, they would have been met by a man who didn't know him. Yes, and thankfully he called the police. He got home after 10pm! His pick up time to return home was 8:30. He was dropped off at the wrong address at 9pm. Grant is head-injured and even after living in the same apartment for 3 years he still doesn't know his address, which is one reason that it is imperative he be escorted to his door! Our mother, before me, was his caretaker and I remember SO many times Paratransit caused her so much stress over issues just like this! I intend to contact the BBB about my experiences, as this is not the first time this had happened. And if it's not this it's always so late it's not worth him going! I will also make a report to Yelp. I know this is a long read, and I truly appreciate all those who finish reading this, lol. Because I would like your help in spreading my message, altho it should be minimalized in length! I would appreciate any suggestions as to who else I can report them to.
