my friend and I popped a tire 3 hours from home in a town we had never been. The mechanic in town said to call Greg's Towing and they were right! The lady that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. our driver was Lee and we couldn't have special ordered a better driver! He was so friendly and polit. My friend and I were stressed and in a situation we were not thrilled about. Lee made us feel at easy and helped us out. Had to use them tonight as my boyfriends sons car broke down. Called triple A and they said it would be an hour but maybe sooner. They got there in less then 20 monutes. Greg is the owner, and a great person. I don't dont do reviews except for people or business' that go above and beyond, and that is what Greg did. We broke down on our way home, and I have triple AAA, and Greg's Towing and Transmission was a preferred business on the list. He helped our family out of a jam late in the day. Our car broke down 30 miles from his shop, and we had whole family in car. He took us an additional 40 miles out of the way so we could get a rental while we had our car repaired at his shop. His prices and service was fair, and he even called to check in on us when we got home. A class act! I highly recommend him and his business!! read more

Parents/Sister had flat tire on New Year's Day 2018 - STARR from Greg's Towing & Transmission came to the rescue. He has so kind & quick to help. The cold or snow flurries didn't seem to bother him a bit. He arrived immediately after the call was placed & took care of us! Slow service and owner was rude!! I locked my keys in the car while it was running. We called to get the car unlocked. He said someone was on their way. Should have taken no more then 25 minutes. 45 minites later he called back to say the guy couldn't make it. He was sending another guy. He said it would take about 20 minutes. I asked him to try to hurry bc my 15 month old baby and 7 year old was standing out in the cold waiting, about 40 minutes later the owner got there. He was very rude to me. Then he charged 50 and refused to lower the price. I will never take my business here again!!! Worst customer service I've had. read more
