Highly recommend Ferrari's Appliances…read more We recently purchased kitchen appliances from Ferrari's Appliances in Naugatuck as we are happy to support local businesses whenever possible. Management handled our transaction with the same professionalism we had experienced with them in the past with prior purchases. We were very impressed with the installers, Jonah, Jose and Will, who did a superb job with installations. They were very meticulous and careful, paying close attention to all details. Overall, we are very satisfied with the customer service that we received. The installers EXCEEDED our expectations.

Buyer Beware! I was expecting a delivery today on a new washing machine, but received a call…read morestating that the machine's door does not close. I was asked if I still wanted this machine, but NO I did not. The offer was to deliver it and then set up a repair date. I have dislocated shoulder, but now I am off to a laudromat to do three weeks worth of wash. I wanted to support local business, but this business is very unreliable and wanted to scam me into buying a defective machine. NO apologies, nothing - just deal with our incompetance. No offer either to take money off the machine or apologize and give me a 100-200 credit on a new machine. A good business practice would be to do that. Colton was very rude and I think at 3:45 when I received the call about the machine, they just wanted to leave. Horrible customer service. Again, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

They did call me back within the hour and tell me that the motor (armature) was shot. It would cost 250.00 to fix. However, they had plenty of new vacuums to sell me as they tried to do that. I said I would come and get it and not invest that kind of money. I went to another dealer and had the armature tested, and watched as they performed 3 tests on it. It passed all 3 tests. It turned out the switch was bad and not the motor. 35.00 to fix the switch. I don't believe these people are trustworthy and would not recommend them to anyone.
