Chandler asked for my authorization before any repairs were made Aswell as keeping me updated throughout the time of the repairs. I was quoted a price to replace fuel injectors (Thank God I screen shotted the quote because more money would've been required to continue on). The injectors had been replaced within the last month before I went to Christian (not really a fitting name, but oh well) Brothers. They charged me close to 1200.00 for nothing..I mean nothing. I picked up my car and it ran even worse than before. I took my car to an ASE certified mechanic shop. They figured out the problem in 1..ONE day and repaired it. A simple problem to diagnose and charged me MUCH less to repair. This is the 2nd time I've had issues with Christian (yeah...right) Brothers. There won't be a 3rd. Do your self a favor..go somewhere that the mechanics are actually ASE certified and have experience. This is what I sent to this email:Bryce.Merideth@cbauto.net( that was left on my review) 8 days ago (minus my full name): "We're concerned to hear about your experience and understand your frustration regarding the diagnosis and service on your vehicle. I came here wanting to get a quote on how much getting my car A/C and passenger rear view window…read morefixed would cost. The owner told me a simple dye test should do the trick to check the A/C. Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

After the work was completed and my vehicle returned, I discovered a significant coolant leak. The company offered to inspect the vehicle, but I declined due to concerns about the overall quality of the work. These concerns included a crack in the fan shroud, debris left in the engine compartment, and the company's response when I notified them of the leak: I felt as though they were blaming me instead of considering the possibility of an installation error. I then took my truck to a Toyota Dealership; they informed me that the leak was caused by the serpentine belt rubbing up against the upper radiator hose. According to several mechanics I've consulted, the mechanic who worked on my vehicle should have noticed this issue and remedied it before returning the vehicle to me. As a result of this issue, I incurred additional costs for towing and corrective repairs. I reached out to the company to request reimbursement, but they declined, stating their policy regarding "customer-supplied" parts. I presented them with evidence that supports my opinion that this issue was caused by faulty installation, but they continued to deny any responsibility. The following is the last communication I received from one of the company's representatives after I informed them I would be posting my experience on social media platforms: "You were very obviously looking to exploit this situation for free services, your trying to take advantage of a small company and it's pretty sad but that's fine, if trying to take us down makes you feel like a man I wish you the best." Does this sound like a professional company to you?
