He didn't apply any pressure to purchase anything, so I was able to peruse freely and make an easy decision. He does provide electronics recycling or resale if you're ready to get rid of your old device. He was responsive when I called to make sure they were open on a holiday. The signage within the strip mall (called Zone31) makes it easy to locate this storefront, and parking is plentiful.

It also offers a computer fix-it shop, a, print and copy shop (which I have used probably the most) and a self serve copy/print area. They have tons of options and lots of things you can't find anywhere other than this type of store, and their prices are as good as anybody's that I have found. Maybe a little bit more expensive than a Walmart, but certainly many more options for items. The staff is always very friendly, especially at the print copy shop where they have to work through many different types of challenges. But they are always friendly and typically get the job done very quickly. Many times while you wait, sometimes for bigger projects, you have to come back a day later or so.

While I was the one asking questions and making the purchasing decision, the employee consistently directed conversation and responses toward my husband instead of me. Even after my husband clearly stated that I was the customer handling the transaction, I still wasn't addressed directly. It did feel dismissive and not aligned with good customer service. As a customer, I think it's important to be acknowledged and spoken to directly--especially when asking questions and making a purchase. Jeff was an amazing Pc repair man. He is very knowledgeable and gives his all into his work and you…read morecan tell by the final product. It did take a while for our computer to get fixed but let me tell you it was so worth the wait but majority of the time was waiting for parts. We had a hp omen and took it to a different shop at first and had them put the guts of the omen into the new case so I could put a bigger liquid cooler in. Then that shop started telling me that they couldn't get the liquid cooler to work with the hp omens motherboard. So they sold me one of the motherboards they had and put it in. When I got it home it was reaching super high temperatures and sounded like a jet the whole time it was on. That computer shop did a horrible job and sold me a bad motherboard. When Jeff got into the computer he confirmed that the motherboard they sold me was bad. I regret us taking it to another computer shop and not just going to Jeff. Jeff was very understanding with what we wanted and what had happened. When jeff got into the computer we decided we wanted him to put everything into a new case and put in a different liquid cooler. When Jeff opened the computer up the whole thing was pretty much bad (not Jeff's doing though). The parts we ended up getting was a new case for more airflow (NZXT H7 Flow - CM-H71FB-01 - ATX Mid Tower PC Gaming Case), a bigger liquid cooler (NZXT - Kraken Z73 RGB 360MM Liquid Cooling System), a new power supply because the one I had the cables were to short to reach everything (NZXT C850 PSU (2022) - PA-8G1BB-US - 850 Watt PSU - 80+ Gold Certified ), four fans (NZXT AER RGB 2 - HF-28140-B1 - 140mm), led strips (NZXT Underglow Accessory, AH-2UGKK-A1, Two 300mm RGB LED Strips), and then I changed from AMD motherboard to a intel motherboard. The new one is NZXT - Z590 (Socket LGA 1200) USB 3.2 Intel Motherboard with Wifi. The processor we bought is a Intel - Core i9-11900K 11th Generation - 8 Core - 16 Thread - 3.5 to 5.3 GHz - LGA1200. Jeff communicated with us about everything and was very patient with us when ordering parts. He takes his time with his work and cares about everything he does including wire management. Jeff also helped carry the computer and parts to the car because my boyfriend could not lift due to having surgery a week prior. I can not express how thankful we are to Jeff for getting the computer fixed and how caring he is. He texted after we got it home to make sure we weren't having any problems and that we were satisfied. 10/10 would recommend PC ParaMedix to everyone. From now on I will always bring my computer to Jeff. Do not take you computer anywhere else but Jeff (especially flux they don't care about there work or customers). His work is worth every penny and the time we had to wait was worth it.

Charles is a very pleasant man who talks normally......not like a computer geek. He is a nice family man and is very knowledgeable about all types of technology's. It only took Charles a few minutes to determine my operating software was corrupted and he offered to install a brand new Windows operating system. One hour later, the computer was ready to pick up and everything worked great. Their prices are very reasonable and their quick response to my computer issue was a blessing....especially during the holiday Iwith so much going on. Thank you Charles.
