The first time I did business with them I helped my sister buy a "clean ready to go car just has a couple dents" we paid $3800.00 for the car drove it home and soon discovered the sub frame was completely rotted out and the suspension was all seized up. We were not allowed to test drive it. The second time my girlfriend needed a tire change and a alignments I made an appointment with them it took them a week to change the tires and the truck was more out of alignment when we left the place then when we brought it there.

Before driving back down in very snowy conditions we wanted to have the car checked out. On recommendation from the property manager who also used to be a mechanic and auto parts dealer we went to Burke View. He said Larry could be trusted. And he was right. Larry the super nice guy took a look at my car and told me Id probably be fine driving back down. He diagnosed the car with having a squeaky belt. His test: He sprayed the belt with water and that made the squeak go away. He warned me about 1 other problem that might come up but since the check engine light hasnt gone on I should be ok. He also said with that type of failure Id have about 3 hours worth of driving before causing more damage. All in all, he gave me what I was asking for--just an honest diagnosis of the car to get back home safely. He even charged me just a 1/2 hour, instead of he full hour. He couldve told me I had to get a new belt, he couldve worked slowly and charged for the full hour, he couldve told me a whole load of crap and I wouldve had to trust him. He didnt tell me crap. He gave me a fair and honest diagnosis of my car and didnt try to bs me on anything. If I lived anywhere near him Id take my car to him. Unfortunately Im 6 hours away.

I was given a great discount on my tires and realistic feedback on the different options I had available (I had two very sketchy tires on the back of my car and two front ones that were corroded). In terms of service, this low key spot is spot on. They also offer a free car shuttle service if you need to leave your car there for a while. Overall, this auto shop is unlike many others in that they are looking to make genuine business connections with people and provide high quality auto services for them.

When I went in the last time wich is 45 minutes away there was some problem with my device and needed to be sent back luckily he had two new ones in stock. Unfortunly his calib re atio calibration machine said the same thing on both of you are the new ones so I was now stranded at his garage as. My car was dix Disabled he really went to bat for me when he called the company even going so far as to say that it was unaccessible and they made his buissnes look bad. Jerimahia then called another garage one hour away and asked if they had any extra devices and they had two. He then drove. The two hours to get them. When he tried tried the first of the new two it failed again to calibrate he called up the company again. He really went to bat for me again he then realized it had to be their calibration. Machine he then drove all the way back the two hour trip to use the other garages machine for me he gave up his own time giving up his towes and repares he went way above and out of his way so I would not be stranded.
