I do not feel very clean afterwards. Also, after every visit thus far I have constantly have to ask the cleaner for floss to get the leftover paste and debris out from between my teeth... This was a new experience for me. The Doctor exam was seriously less than a minute with zero detail or feedback. I've returned 3-4 times because I'm from out of town and I wanted to avoid the high initial visit costs elsewhere. My previous care was so different (much better) than this and even less expensive. I set an appointment ahead of time so when I arrived for the appointment I didn't have to wait too long to be seen which was nice. However, did take a minute after being seated in a private room to see the actual doctor. But I understood how busy it was. At the end of my exanimation, they told me I needed more work done. I needed three extractions and two fillings which I didn't deem unnecessary so I believed their diagnosis to be truthful. Plus they give you a receipt for your charges. And a free charge for your x-ray and exam. They set up my next appointment which was gonna be scheduled for the Oct 28th. My first appointment with them was on October 9th. I was a bit disappointed since the broken tooth I had was causing me a great deal of pain. The general manager there was very nice and helpful in letting me know if anyone else canceled they made sure to let me know so we could do the extractions sooner. Plus, the doctor who did my extractions was very nice and welcoming. She was very patient with me considering I'm a big baby when it comes to the dentist. Luckily, I got a call two or three days after my first appointment saying they could take me in on Oct 11th. So I was very fortunate that someone canceled and how fast they reached out to me to book me on that day. My extractions were painless and not as scary as I thought it was gonna be. I do think when I read other posts that you do need to understand what they tell you are estimated costs but the insurance companies might push back on what's covered and that's out of their hands. Some research like making sure they are in network or out should be done by the customer and it's freely available on most insurance company websites.
