When I attempted to reschedule due to their scheduling errors, I was advised that they could not get me in again for an extended period of time, despite the mistake being on their end. To make matters worse, when I tried to transfer my dental records to another office, I was told that Wyoming Dental does not have access to my records or X-rays from the last few years, which is extremely concerning. This office is very poorly managed and has cost me significant time, frustration, and money. Unfortunately, the quality of service and organization has declined dramatically since the change in ownership.
