I love both hygienists! Tori is quick and fun to talk to, I had Sheila on my last visit and she is so detail oriented and thorough! Both are amazing. I haven't had work done in a while but the last time I did both assistants-Carrie and Tara were lovely and patient with me. I was nervous and they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I showed up in Monday SMS then was asked to pay over $3000 before they would proceed. When i told the they just called me Friday to confirm no portion of $1326, she said the dentist realized that morning r that it was coded incorrectly and so i owed over $3000 instead. Didn't call me when they found their "mistake ". Didn't apologize, didn't try to meet me part way since it was their error....i wouldn't have had my tooth pulled had i known that was the price. I do not recommend this place.

Not everyone is aware that is not recommended. After the x-rays they set her an appt for fillings. When my daughter arrived she talked about her pregnancy and they said (oh u can't have fillings during pregnancy and the x-rays shouldn't have been done either. Not being able to fulfill her appt due to being pregnant they charged us $40 for a missed appointment. I am so upset and disappointed that my child and grandchild were put in harms way then charged for their negligence as a supposed trusted provider not confirming it was safe for x-rays or fillings. I am reaching out for a refund on pre paid services and my money back for the last appt that should have never been set up. I do not recommend them!!

No explanation of the hygienists change or anything just come back. I saw my regular hygienists and she spoke but still no explanation. So I went back to the front to ask Jeanne why the change. She informed me that she doesn't know what happened and it happened on the back end. What? So she proceeded to tell me there was nothing that she could do. She made sure I knew that I am a patient of the practice not of the hygenist and basically I have to deal with it. There was nothing she could do! If I went somewhere else that would be my first time having them do my teeth. She really was dismissive, flippant, and curt!! I was appalled! I thought that I was in good hands here but I felt like what I was replaceable! I was livid!!! The way in which she talked to me and dismissed me was unacceptable! I called back and ask for the nasty lady and she said that there was nothing that she could do! She didn't even try to bring resolve or tell me why the appointment had been changed to someone I had never even met before! The staff has changed but this is not a good change. I don't think having the same hygienists is reaching too far. They use to call me as well but I guess that is on the backend too! These machines apparently have a false positive reading of about 20% (data on this is scarce) and can be used to justify early and unnecessary dental work. If your dentist uses one of these you better REALLY trust them. People shouldn't be so willing to give up parts of their actual teeth. In addition to this I've had a couple of my fillings fall out since then. I have moved away and tried to get money back the first time it happened but they wouldn't back up their work. Be warned!
