I appreciate that she doesn't judge us for any decisions we make and lets us do what we feel is right for our child but always keeps us up to date on standards and things like when vaccines should be administered. I called the office 5 minutes before they shut the phone line down (which is 30 minutes before the office is even closed). Dolores answered the phone and asked me to hold. I was on hold for 8 minutes before I was transferred to voicemail because she did not want help me. The office called me back a few minutes later let it ring once and hung up. I called the following day to let them know I didn't appreciate how that was handled and found out that Dolores is the office manager. My info was given to another office manager Julia and was told I would be given a call. She never called me back. I called the following day and was immediately sent to Julia's voicemail. The lack of concern or even interest from the office managers about how their staff run the office or treat people is ridiculous. These two ladies, Dolores and Julia, are the office managers and they don't care about how they treat or handle issues. Your questions or concerns about your child's health are not important to them, especially if you call at the end of the day. They don't care.

We usually use MDSTAT in EDH and they've never sent us an extra bill. Anyway, I figured it was a mistake and waited for them to clear it up with insurance. They sent it straight to collections like 2 months later. When I tried to call their billing office, no answer, I left a voice mail and they never got back to me. I just paid it to get it over with but 100% will never go back here. I've never had a medical or dental office send a bill to collections, ever, let alone so fast without trying to clear it up with me first. And truly can't believe they charged that much for such a simple procedure. I still don't know what the $200 charge was for considering they're in network and we paid our copay. He has a superb reputation in our community and is in high demand, yet we never feel rushed during our visits. He feels like part of the family. One of my boys has chronic problems due to a birth defect and Dr. O'Malley always makes great judgement calls on specialty referrals and diagnostic testing. When our insurance changed we elected to pay for a more expensive plan so we could continue with Dr. O'Malley. In our book he is truly the best! Another reviewer gave Dr. O'Malley one star for a bad experience with a receptionist and they had never even been a patient -- very unfair! I messaged her through the portal to change the medication from cream to ointment but got no response. I asked if another doctor there would make the minor change to the prescription and was declined. I was completely on my own. Since the diagnosis she handed me was gynecological, I procured my own referral to a gynecologist who thankfully tested and ruled out Dr Duncan's diagnosis. I'm still in disbelief that she saddled me with such an awful diagnosis then turned her back on me. I took it as cowardice. She came up with something she couldn't handle and instead of suggesting a specialist, she dropped me without explanation. I felt betrayed.
