Had an absess in my lower front tooth. Called around and this office took me sooner rather than later. By the time I went in, my absess got a bit better. Met the hygienist. Told her I have sensitive teeth and to please be careful in certain places. She proceeded to poke that place twice as I yelled OUCH! That ticked me off...then Dr. Ocampo came in and before he began I asked him to please don't poke me. I have sensitive teeth. His reply was, "well what would my wife say?" I was stunned! After he finished, I realized he didn't ask about the absess, and only did when I asked him to. He said I was lucky it got better on its own...then he stood up, shook my hand and said, " and I didn't poke you." Got to the front desk and she handed me all my xrays and a bill to get the work done before the doctor stopped taking my insurance. I am not going back. read more

Again more lies from this office. I never had an issue with my prior dentist. You guys were the ones that said he did horrible work, so I trusted you. The only other dentist I had issues with was western dental 7 years ago . But anyways. I ended up redoing the root canal you guys did with my prior dentist and guess what? The Problem and pain is now gone. I mean I understand the xrays can't always see everything but in this case you and fern were wrong . Blaming the pain that was never there before on me "grinding my teeth" you shaved those teeth down so far I physically can't grind them. Now I just need to fix the other two teeth I have pain on that I never had untill you replaced the fillings, the second I got out your chair I had pain I never had before. After months and months of persistent pain you should have redone the root canal. But hey we all make mistakes. Just like I did wasting my money with you guys. My dentist said I should as for a refund for the root canal, but honestly I don't want to deal with you guys anymore so I will take it as a loss. I do appreciate you guys trying to fix the problem but in this case you were wrong. read more

The receptionist (she must have been new) once left me a message for "ALGEBRA". My name contains no b's, please learn to read. Other than that I have no complaints. I have been a patient for Dr. Ocampo's for as long as I can remember and as much as I hate going to the dentist I will say he's a good one. I still go here after a million years and my teeth are strong and healthy. I'm always well informed of what's going on in my mouth and what to do to keep it clean. I hate dentists, I'm a real baby in the chair. Especially needles. Greg is such a gentle, yet hi- tech dentist. He has done a miracle with my teeth , especially crown replacement. I felt compelled to write this because of how poorly the office staff handled a mess up. I showed up for an appointment and they had rescheduled it and given my slot to someone else. The receptionist said she didn't know why it happened, so I expressed my dismay and left. They never once apologized, and actually tried to claim it was my fault that I never called them back after the confirmation call I got the day before at 3:30. And when confronted with the reality that patients don't have to call back after a confirmation call, which the office manager said it is their policy (total BS, I already had other appointments where I didn't call back, and no one has ever had to call back), she said I was offensive. They called back the next day and told me I had to find a new dentist for using "foul language". I never used foul language. I was told Dr. Ocampo could not be bothered with this, I've never spoken with him. I don't recommend this dentist because of an incompetent and dishonest office staff. You may have your appointment rescheduled without you knowing, then blamed for it, and finally told not to return when you confront them with their idiotic logic. Oh, and I just got a letter signed by Mr Ocampo saying that due to a doctor/patient breakdown in trust, I can't go to this dentist anymore. Another dishonest and weird thing because I've never met Dr. Ocampo. This place is strange to say the least, that is the shady office staff is. read more

I made the mistake of going to another dentist.....boy do I regret it. The difference is night and day. Dr. Ocampo doesn't waste your time (or your pain threshold..lol). You set up the appointment and any work you need gets done that day. I have come crawling back because my last dentist butchered me, and took my money. If I would of had any sense I wouldn't of let my "family" member rope me into some sort of clinic deal with a different company (all inclusive vision/dental debacle). I and my wife had been visited him for five years. I had trusted him so much. Both of us had root canal procedure and crown done by him, paying him thousands of dollars out of our pocket besides the insurance company. Then we moved out of the town and have new dentists. The new dentists of myself and my wife found out the procedure did not follow correct operation, Dr. Ocampo Gregory only treated some roots but left one untreated deep inside. Now I have to pay tens of thousands to get it fix! I am seriously warning any of his current and past patients: please take X-ray exam to see if his procedure is a failure. I was considering to sue him but a lawyer friend said I could not sue for professional service that is beyond three years. read more

Dr. Ocampo and his staff are great, they make you feel very welcome and the best part you don't have to wait hours to be seen. I have been under his care for more than 2 years. Today I finally switched my daughters to his clinic. My girls are not big fans of going to the dentist, but this time they have rated their new dentinst clinic as "the best dentist ever". Sue is a great hygienist, she explained what she was doing to my girls in order to check their teeth, and she explained to them how to brush properly their teeth. She is AWESOME!!!!!!! Tremendously impressed with Dr. Ocampo, his staff and his office. The office is modern, clean and comfortable. His staff was very welcoming and attentive. The care I received from the full-time hygienist was exceptional. My teeth are horribly sensitive, yet I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. Dr. Ocampo was the highlight of my visit! i just recently went to see Dr. Ocampo and my experience was not the best :(. he seem mad and in a hurry when he came in the room i had questions reg his recommendations and he had the assistant explain it to me (not cool). as a doctor of dental surgery he should had the time to sit there and answer all my concerns my worries and my fears, to me that just a doctor that's more concern about the money and not the patients care. and to top it off the front office lady came across very strong and it seemed like she was trying to scare me reg: my treatment plan and the cost and just seemed like i was being pressured with a lot, and came to find out that she was the wife (money hungry) she was all about the money and felt like she didn't care about me (patient & customer of the office). after mentioning my experience with a few co-workers, they had a lot of story's from that office that makes me wonder about that doctor. i hope this rating has been helpful. read more
