Great facility. Well trained staff and management is top notch. As much as I don't like going to the dentist, I definitely feel well taken care of here. Don't let years go by without getting your mouth looked at. It's cheaper to maintain what you have than to replace what you've lost lol. read more

I was recommended to Dr Grio through a co worker. I need a mouthful of work to be done but because of the expense I have been waiting as long as I could. One major infection has pushed the time frame up but because of my high blood pressure we had to wait a few days. I got the blood pressure down and I called back half unconscious from the pain and nausea and was put on hold for 45 min and had to hang up and call again. Then I was put on hold another 15 min and finally the woman who answered the phone said taking out a tooth is a lengthy procedure and they could not see me for over a month ! I am desperately driving back to the San Jose area to find help! read more

I have always feared the dentist even when I had braces because of the tools they use. And, not to mention, my previous dentist was very aggressive and I knew I needed to find a new dentist. I needed an extraction for one of my wisdom tooth to be pulled out, recommended by Dr. Grio. I was so nervous entering his office until the procedure began. The anesthesia didn't take affect until about an hour or so. He made sure that I couldn't feel anything by putting pressure on any tooth on the side he will be working on. The procedure lasted an hour including waiting for the anesthesia to kick in. He pulled it out in a minute.. Painless! He made me feel comfortable by asking me constantly if it hurts during the procedure. He's definitely gentle; I did not feel a thing! Overall, Dr. Grio is approachable, kind, and he really cares about his patients. His dental office is clean and sanitary. The staff are also amiable. My family and I are happy we found Dr. Grio. We highly recommend him as dentist! read more

We absolutely love Him . Just referred our neighbor. If you want a dentist who cares about you and your teeth he's the one to see

Dr. Grio has been my denist since he took over Dr. Bruno's practice in Aug. 2005. He has always made me feel comfortable and has always explained each procedure he would be doing before he starts. My job forced me to move away several hours away, several cities, Fresno, Sacramento, Anaheim, I still continued to drive to see him even though my insurance would not cover the work he did, I had to pay out of pocket. Well I decided to try a denist in Anaheim and then again in Bakersfield, both of them not as great as Dr. Grio, so if I want the best then I need to drive again to see Dr. Grio and pay out of pocket. read more

Recently changed to Dr Grio's office after a family members recommendation. Great choice! Dr Grio and staff are very professional, friendly and caring. I am happy to know that my dental health is in good hands and that Dr Grio really cares about me as a person. The office environment and energy is happy and respectful. Also, my father and grandparents have had poor experiences with other dental professionals in Watsonville but have been pleasantly surprised with Dr Grio's work and are open to returning for additional services as needed. Dr. Grio and his staff are amazing and patient with children. I took my 3 year old twin boys and was hesitant at first because of all the bad luck I've had with grouchy inpatient dentists who claim to specialize in Childrens Dentistry. Dr. Grio was so friendly and knew how to get my children to cooperate with no crying! 5 STARS! read more
