My daughter had an incredibly traumatic experience at the dentist, and had to be sedated for her last visit. This is why I had to be so careful choosing a new dentist for her. Once we were in a room, everything went quickly and smoothly. My daughter started panicking when her cleaning was about to begin, but the hygienist calmly explained what she was doing, and showed her everything she was going to be using. There were a few tears, but after less than 10 seconds, my daughter completely calmed down, and realized all that was happening was a good tooth brushing. The hygienist finished quickly, and came back with a bag of goodies, a balloon, and some stickers. The dentist came in to inform us that everything looked great, and congratulated my daughter for not having any cavities! Another hygienist gave my daughter more stickers, and an award for being cavity free. She also was entered into a monthly prize drawing for being part of the "healthy teeth club." Now my daughter is excited for her next visit, and is no longer afraid. I appreciated the kindness of all the techs and the dentist as well. I'm hoping they work on their wait times though, but otherwise, I had an excellent experience!

I will not let my other child experience this type of dental negligence. Also, I learned that they do not have a dental hygienist to clean the kids teeth. They have assistants that brush their teeth, no scraping is done. How is this okay? Please, do yourself and your child a favor by finding another dentist, a parent should always be with their child.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The environment is very comforting, safe, and clean. They call me to remind me of my appointments a couple of days before, and if there is a cancelation from another patient, they will even try to get me in sooner.
