Most doctors have been treating her symptoms rather than the root cause. Element 7 took the time to really get to know her, understand what's wrong, and order tests that I had begged other doctors to run (and they would not). Turns out my daughter has co-infections from Lyme, hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos, Mast Cell Activation, and Kidney Stones. She is now being treated for the things that are actually impacting her, and she is getting better! I truly believe that the Doctors at Element 7 have helped save her life, and for that, I am forever grateful. I had torn ligaments in it that required surgery for which I had replaced with donor tissue in July 2025. I was impressed with their professionalism and friendly demeanor that made the process to relearn the use of my elbow calm and comfortable. I recently completed my time in their clinic this October with their seal of approval lol. I am now on my way to the next phase of my recovery on getting used to lifting weighted things on my own with current work limitations in place (until possibly December 2025 or later depending on my doctors approval). I can pretty much bend elbow normally as of Oct. 2025 so that's a goal met, and I can pick light weight things up without any major discomfort, but like with anything, it will take time and patience to continue strengthening my elbow before moving on to heavier, more physically demanding things I was able to do before. I want to thank everyone there who helped me out. You all helped provide that extra positive energy in the healing process. I will miss working with you all. I highly recommend to anyone who needs Physical therapy in their life to seek this place out.

Dr. ore listens carefully, better than any other doctor I have had. I don't have to sit in the waiting room for a long time, yesterday I was in the exam room two minutes early. My doctor takes whatever time is necessary to give me the attention that I need. One would have to go a long time and distance to find any better medical care if that is possible. Dr. Dore was able to find solutions to some of my long-standing medical problems. I am totally satisfied with the care that I receive and as I age more, I am fully satisfied that I will get the best care and attention as I continue down my path to old age whatever that is.

I was a patient at Olympic Internal Medicine for approximately 12 years. During that time, I was…read moregenerally very happy with the care I received. Unfortunately, my experience over the last few years changed my opinion of the practice. A few years ago, the clinic switched to a membership model that required patients to pay approximately $300 per year just to remain a patient. That decision created a major issue with my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, which would no longer work with the clinic under that arrangement. As a result, I was forced to change my health insurance just so I could continue seeing my primary care physician after more than a decade as a patient. Even after paying the annual membership fee, I only saw my doctor once or twice a year for routine checkups. Paying hundreds of dollars every year simply for the privilege of remaining a patient never made sense to me. The final straw was how my billing was handled. The clinic stopped collecting my approximately $40 copay at the time of each visit and instead mailed me a bill afterward. I admit that I should have paid those bills when I received them. That's on me. However, according to the letter I received from the clinic, they had become frustrated that they had to call me to collect payment for these balances. From my perspective, it was confusing because these were small balances that could have easily been collected while I was standing at the front desk, as many medical offices routinely do. It seems like collecting the copay during the visit would have been easier and less expensive than mailing statements and making collection calls. I'm not sure why this became such a significant issue when it could have been avoided by simply collecting the payment at check-in or check-out. Instead of working with me to resolve the issue after 12 years as a loyal patient, the clinic chose to terminate our relationship. That was extremely disappointing. I have since learned that the practice was sold. Looking back, the move to a mandatory membership model felt like the practice became more focused on revenue than on maintaining long-term relationships with established patients. Whether or not that was the intention, that's certainly how it felt as someone who had been a loyal patient for over a decade. I hope other patients carefully consider whether paying an annual membership fee is worthwhile, especially if they only need routine preventive care. I also hope Washington continues to monitor concierge-style medical practices to ensure they remain transparent and patient-focused. After 12 years, I expected better communication, more flexibility, and a greater appreciation for patient loyalty.

Dr. Sherris has walked into the room fully prepared for the procedure at hand or for a follow up on a previous one. He is also very engaging and a pleasure to talk to. What I find impressive is that his office is a one-man show but, unlike another podiatrist I had seen who is the sole practitioner in his office, Dr. Sherris was never rushed or had me waiting for 5-10 minutes while he was hurrying between patients in other rooms. Dr. Sherris remains in the room, giving you his full attention. I was actually a bit disappointed to realize at my last visit that there was no need for additional follow up. This practice is definitely worth the drive to Poulsbo.

I came in for bunions I have had since childhood. We agreed that surgery was the answer and I was signed right up. That's when the troubles began. My son flew in to take care of me after surgery. After he arranged his work schedule and I bought a plane ticket for him I got a call from Collin telling me that there had been an issue with reserving the OR and that we needed to reschedule. I told him that was not an option as we had already bought a ticket. He sorted that out. Then days before surgery I received an EOB from Cigna telling me that Dr. Sherris was now out of network. That led to more panic and running around before that got sorted out as well. I had the surgery in April 2025. Went back in for my first post-op and found Dr. Sherris to be very abrupt. He hastily removed my stitches and never once asked me how my pain level was. I was told that it would take 9-12 months for all of the pain and swelling to go away. I went back at 9 months (still swollen and in a lot of pain) and was told I had a stress fracture and was put back into a boot. The swelling went down but as soon as I got out of the boot it came right back. I was told to keep waiting and it would all be fine. After 15 months I was much worse than I was before I had surgery. I then got another opinion from an orthopedic surgeon. I was told that the surgery failed and I have now had to have this surgery a second time. Dr. Sherris put a staple into my big toe and one of the prongs was stuck between the bones, rubbing and causing all kinds of damage. If I had taken no action I would not have been able to walk much longer. I am in my 40's and have a lot of walking to do still in this life. I just wish I would have gotten a second opinion much sooner instead of living in terrible pain for so many months. I have had to take 6 weeks off of work but am recovering nicely. I have far less swelling and bruising than I did last time. I highly recommend that you see an ortho if you need bunion repair. This time around this situation has been just a major inconvenience. The first time it was traumatic. I am optimistic that I will get my life back this time.
