I also had…read moreheadaches that had been part of my life for years - they as "regular" headaches/migraines and had slowly upgraded themselves to a 24/7 subscription service I absolutely did not sign up for. I was taking all kinds of over the counter and prescription meds for these headaches with little relief. I've been to several chiropractors in my life so I thought I knew what to expect. Enter Dr. Jacques "Jox" Allmand -- chiropractor, healer, and possibly a wizard. On my first visit, I explained my symptoms, and while describing the neck and back pain Doc asked "how about headaches?" Without hesitation I said "all the time, every minute". He finished his assessment and said we'd get me feeling better, and "We can definitely fix those headaches." I remember thinking, "Bold claim, sir." But guess what? I have not had a single headache since my first treatment. Not one. It's been three months. I did go back for a few more treatments for my neck and back pain, as I'd been "stuck" for quite a while. I feel better than I have in years. I will be scheduling regular appointments (tune-up Tuesday!) to keep feeling this good. Dr. Jacques uses a mix of conventional and innovative techniques. He's very efficient but when you tell him about a new pain or aren't feeling quite right at the end of the session he takes the time to investigate. You and your pain will be heard. And then you feel better. And then your pickleball game improves! (I hear this is also true for one's golf game.) If you're in pain -- whether it's acute, chronic, new, old, or something you've just decided to "live with" -- don't wait. Run. (Or walk. Or hobble.) Just get yourself to Nazemi Musculoskeletal Center and see Dr. Jacques. Your future, pain-free self will thank you.

While it was helpful, I was still experiencing a significant amount of neck and back pain. I had always been reluctant to see a chiropractor because of stories I'd heard about other chiropractors. But when I was in so much pain that a friend noticed and recommended Dr. Sam V, I decided to give it a try. I booked an appointment the very next day. After my first visit, I immediately felt relief, and I've continued to feel better with every visit. Honestly, I wish I had gone to a chiropractor sooner--possibly even before starting physical therapy. Dr. Sam V and his entire office staff are amazing. Tammy, in particular, makes everything so seamless and easy. Everyone is professional, caring, and efficient. Thank you, Dr. Sam V, Tammy, and the entire team, for everything you do. 10/10--highly recommend!

I've been a patient for over five years, visiting at least twice a month, and let me say this--he knows where my pain is without me even telling him. That's how talented he is. He knows exactly when to adjust softly or apply more pressure when needed. His laser treatment is also amazing for sore ligaments, especially if you're an active person. I'd like to share how Anthony made a life-changing adjustment for a back injury I had lost hope in. I injured my lower back from powerlifting, and the pain never fully went away. I had resigned myself to living with it and was even considering the eventual dreaded surgery--yikes! But Anthony suggested a Y-strap technique, and instantly, the pain was alleviated. An honest miracle in my book. I highly recommend him to anyone, especially loved ones in pain. If I could give 100 stars, I would. One last confession: I took my mother in after she could no longer walk her dog due to severe shoulder pain something he enjoyed on a daily basis that pain took away. After just three visits, it made me so happy to see her walking her 5-year-old husky again. The power of chiropractic care is real--especially in the hands of Anthony.
