I first came in with headaches, migraines , vision issues, and body aches due to having Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis. He recommended that I visited bi-weekly. I had my new patient appointment with Dr. Montigny this weekend and it went fantastic, he was very attentive and listened intently. He started by asking me questions about my pain history, confirmed the problem areas, performed some exams, and had me do a few movement techniques to understand better my body and the issues I have been having. Before adjusting me, he put some CBD oil on my neck (my problem area) and massaged it. I was then adjusted, and I felt immediate relief; the migraine I came in with disappeared. Hands down the best chiropractor in town. He is very kind, professional and personable. Dr. Montigny really takes the time to know his patients to ensure that he can provide the best treatment. I've had significant lower back pain for the last 3 years resulting from a sports injury in college, so I've seen multiple chiropractors. In past experiences, there were doctors that didn't seem to fully understand where my pain was located and how to treat it. Having back/neck pain for over a year due to 11-14 hour shifts on my feet all day to having none at all is definitely an experience. Ladies, this was my first chiropractor I have ever been to and let me tell you, he's extremely professional and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. As a female, it's always worrisome, in my eyes, when it comes to any type of male doctor, but Dr.Montigny makes sure that I'm comfortable and lets me know everything he's going to do before he does it just to make me feel at ease. There's nothing but positive things that I can say about him. He does an assessment to makes sure he gets to the root of your problem and makes sure he does everything possible to relieve or ease the pain. He wants to make sure the adjustment he chooses are right for you. He's not one that just wants to adjust you and get you on your way, he does a physical on your body to help you with pain and to help your body in general. If you're scared to go to a chiropractor but want to give it a chance or can afford it, I can't recommend Dr.Montigny enough. Dr. Montigney is amazing! If you're experiencing stiffness, pain, or your body just feels out of sorts, I recommend getting an appointment with him. I've had an annoying neck and shoulder problem that'll flare up and run all the way down my arm for a little over a year now. I stretch almost everyday, I'll try to work out, but it seemed to do so little and more than likely have a flare up of pain and weakness through my shoulder and arm. He gave me a thorough analysis of the affected areas, loosened up the muscles before giving the adjustment and I felt immediate relief!  There is expected soreness with how tight my muscles were, but I feel much fresher and more mobility in my neck after the soreness wore off. My situation is going to take a little more time, but having him helped me out big time! Also the location is nice, he's got a friendly demeanor and he's more than happy to help! read more

I usually don't post many reviews, but I wanted to give credit where credit is due. I have three herniated discs, and I normally just deal with my pain and stretch at home. I'm not a big fan of pain meds, so I decided to try a chiropractor. I've also tried Acupressure with very little results. But what I loved about Dr. Montigny, is that he took the time to listen. I also brought my old MRI and x-rays and he thoroughly looked everything over. We came up with a game plan that would help. After the first session I was feeling better and confident that things would only get better from here. I especially liked that Dr. Montigny was on bored with trying to help his patients, and not push pain pills like a lot of doctor's do. While I understand that some people need them, I have always tried to get to the root of the problem, rather than just mask it. Also, as a mom of two younger kids, I like how Dr. Montigny gave me stretches and tips that will work for me that I can actually achieve through the chaos of life with young kids .
