Upon arrival I discovered a dingy, crowded salon , nothing like the "spa"you read about in the reviews. I was given a quick "trim" for which I paid $70.00. I wear my hair in a bob. I informed Harold that my hair was too poofy because it is thick. He simply trimmed the back with a straight cut and left the sides as they were after a few snips. It is two weeks later and I am looking for a new salon that can cut a bob and give it some style. Any recommendations?

For those who have been long-time customers, please be aware that the services have changed under the new management. The basic pedicure is no longer what it used to be. Previously, it included a full foot scrub, hot oil treatment on the back of the foot, hot stones, and a thorough massage. Now, the basic pedicure consists of a simple wash, a light foot scrub, and a brief 2-minute massage--and it costs $30.
