Trish is so wonderful to work with and the craftmanship on my engagement ring is incredible! My Fiancé met with Trish after we came up with a design, and she provided us with a CAD of the ring while it was being made. I wasn't involved in the early process except for helping design the ring. However, after the proposal, we met with Trish to have it resized and she was so sweet and helpful. The turnaround time for the resizing was about one week. We dropped the ring to have it resized before Thanksgiving and she was able to finish it just in time! I am so ecstatic to have this gorgeous ring - photos truly do not capture its beauty. Very disappointing experience at Greenwich Time. I took their contact information and followed up via text to the number provided -- no response. I also sent a message through Instagram -- again, no response. That's unacceptable when you're dealing with high-value luxury watches. Several of the watches I handled didn't look or feel right, which only added to the concern. Edy and Trish also lacked the level of knowledge you'd expect at this price point. A year ago I gave GW a 5 stars rating but now my rating would be less than 0 if possible. Without going into great details, it was the worst retail experience of my life, full of unethical conducts and outright pathological. My Parmigiani broke so I brought it in for service at which time I saw a Panerai with a price tag of $8k. Weeks later, I returned w/ another Parmigiani to do a deal. I was told I would receive $4k for my trade-in, but 15 mins later when I was ready to buy, John, the owner, changed the trade-in price to $3k and increased the price on the Panerai to $9k. He said the $8k price tag on the Panerai was for "insurance reasons" and not the actual price. I should have walked out, but I wanted the Panerai so we negotiated a deal which included GW delivering the missing rubber strap. GW wanted the payment in cash so I paid in full the next day. The rubber strap was not delivered in a timely manner despite multiple requests. I received it approx. 2 months later, and it had problems right away. I brought it to an AD and was told it was a FAKE (see pic). I called one of the reps and told him I've lost all trust in John, and I do not want him to handle my Parmigiani when it is returned from service. Shortly afterwards, John called and insulted me non-stop. When my watch was returned from service, the rep texted me with a FedEx tracking # (see text) but John stopped the shipment implying I need to call him if I wanted my watch back (see text 2). I felt this was extortion, but I needed my watch. So, I called and was insulted again, but this time with racial epithets which was surprising since his wife is Vietnamese. As a side note, they displayed my trade-in watch for $15k which is above the new MSRP price of $12k and far above other dealers' prices of approx. $6k. I don't have a problem with this (it's their watch now) but it's interesting how they treat their customers. Initially, I thought about returning the watch and undoing the deal, but I kept it to remind myself that at the very first sign, never deal with anyone unethical. I should have walked out at the very beginning so it was my mistake. read more
