While In Manila I stoped by at the giant SM Mall by the Sea , number 3 or 4 largest in the world, and decided to try one of the local food outlets. The Mall must have over 60 to pick from by looking at the Mall Directory. I tried Greenwich Pizza just because it had non pizza items on the menu and it was close to me , between KFC and Jollibee.
Well I pick the 149 pesos dish that had 4 different items , that is $2.88 in US dollars. I figured there must be at least one item on the plate I could eat. Their are other 5 and 6 items dishes but I am not into Tuna Lasagna so I skipped them.
My plate had a piece of fried chicken, spaghetti, rice, gravy, and a slice of Hawaiian pizza.
The chicken was real good and I dipped it into the gravy like I saw other customers doing. And the spaghetti and Hawaiian pizza where Oki, maybe even better than OK. I didn't eat the rice only because it was plain white rice, I need to mix it with something else.
All I can say is at $2.88 this was a good meal. read more
