A American Roofing is definitely the company you need for any roofing issue. My kitchen ceiling…read morebegan to leak in a spot right under a small addition to our house. Obviously we thought it was where the roof met the house. A American showed up promptly and got the roof done neatly at a very good price. They did not desert me when it turned out that this was not the cause of the leak. What should have been a small job turned into a nightmare of several months. This company worked tirelessly to find the leak. They sealed nearby windows and bricks, they hung tarps before rainstorms, they scraped snow and ice off the roof and checked under rubber, replaced and reapplied waterproofing materials. Water is insidious. I thought I was doomed to live in a raining kitchen. They chased that leak until they found it...in a steel lined wooden gutter around an opening to a downspout! They were only hired to replace a small roof, and they did it beautifully, but they stuck with me until they found the leak and never charged me another cent. That is superior customer service!

Their lead installer flagged a major problem to me and recommended a solution which we went with. Adrian came to our association meetings numerous times to discuss the different products and materials - none of which he pushed on us. I had frequent and reliable communication with him through the whole process. His men worked quickly and were so very professional and Adrian was on site frequently to answer the many MANY questions I had. On top of installing a new roof, they installed two sky lights per unit and were very flexible with our schedules. The site was cleaned thoroughly and the roof looks absolutely beautiful. I would, without a doubt, recommend Adrian and the Ferreira company for any roofing and skylight replacements. He's knowledgeable, professional, and runs a great company. Thanks, Adrian!

We had big problems with our home improvement project with Todd Regine and his company Edge…read moreServices. He was recommended by close family, seemed to be an honest and nice guy with a track record of home improvement. The project was a remodel of a master bathroom. It involved demo of the existing one, moving and installing a new custom shower, tile work, moving a window, painting, installing a vanity etc. The demo went well and then it was slowly downhill from there. The shower floor-plan Todd designed did not allow for a traditionally mounted glass door. There was a window to move to make room for the shower and it was not moved to the right place and we were not told until after it was done. The bench in the shower is not square or level and the tile job has broken tiles. The tile floor was not installed properly and over 50% of it has uneven spots, loose tile and broken grout. The paint is not even and showed color variances on edges, the vanity lights are not centered and uneven. There is more but I won't continue as this is too much already. Yes- this is a lot to mention. Todd did not want to accept responsibility for his work and make it right and complete the job. Instead he kept saying we walked on the bathroom floor and its our fault while never addressing all of the other poor work or finishing the job. The communications to discuss fixing the work broke down and at this point because of how his contract reads we have paid for 90% of the project but will now have to hire outside professionals to fix and finish the job.

Ray was very responsive to communication from day 1 and was flexible with my roof needs and concerns. Their estimate was not only the cheapest, but it also contained the most product for the money. Ray fit me in earlier than expected knowing I had an ongoing issue that could cause more damage the longer we waited. The crew was prompt and worked hard through the day. They were professional and cleaned up as they went, multiple times. The next day a different crew came to finish up a few loose ends they didn't get to the day before. They were just as professional and cleaned up as thoroughly as they did the day before. Ray and his son stopped by throughout the project both days to ensure all was going smoothly. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Several more issues developed before I signed the contract. I called Nathan. He told me he was driving and he would get back to me. He never did. I called Ray and suggested that the entire roof may need replacing. He promised to come out the following day. He never showed and never called. They're not your typical HVAC guys who do the bare minimum and move on to the next job - they make sure everything is as good as it can possibly be. They completely replaced a 40 year old system in my house (2 floors) and came back to do the air handler in our attic. The situation was so bad in the attic that they actually called their dad off the bench and he came and fabricated ductwork in my driveway while they were fixing everything in my attic. It's really hard to find people like this nowadays. "I recommend them" is an understatement, as far as I'm concerned.
