We got to see exactly what the room would look like with a visual rendering, and what would need to be done to our foundation to be able to withstand the room being installed. Yes, it was pricey, but after seeing what the alternatives in my area are/were, we decided to pull the trigger. Installation was completed well within the estimated lead time they gave us despite our town being notorious for the amount of time it takes to issue building permits.
