A few days later a couple guys came out, ripped off the warping shingles and replace them. I will give it a couple days to settle in and post new pictures of the repair. For now I will up their rating to 3 stars, still a little perturbed that it took a negative review to get a response, but if the repair is good, I will be fair and update it again. He came through and took a look at what he thought was the issue and gave me a reasonably priced quote on the spot. He didn't pressure me or anything either and was very responsive to the things I pointed out.
