They took the time to introduce themselves explained what they were going to do. This small step goes a long way to feeling comfortable . They were very kind and professional went out of their way to be helpful to me. I highly recommend JDM and I will definitely be using them again when I replace my windows in the back of my house!!

Obviously we thought it was where the roof met the house. A American showed up promptly and got the roof done neatly at a very good price. They did not desert me when it turned out that this was not the cause of the leak. What should have been a small job turned into a nightmare of several months. This company worked tirelessly to find the leak. They sealed nearby windows and bricks, they hung tarps before rainstorms, they scraped snow and ice off the roof and checked under rubber, replaced and reapplied waterproofing materials. Water is insidious. I thought I was doomed to live in a raining kitchen. They chased that leak until they found it...in a steel lined wooden gutter around an opening to a downspout! They were only hired to replace a small roof, and they did it beautifully, but they stuck with me until they found the leak and never charged me another cent. That is superior customer service!
