First, they were prompt, and were here when they said the would be (5 stars) Second, they were professional, and offered actual guidance other than, "Yeah, we can do that. " Third, price was fair. Fourth, Arturo of Sierra's had suggestions for the future. He and his people have extensive knowledge of the local area, and how to prepare for the future growth of our yard which is heavily wooded. Fifth, their arrival was prompt and they were very well-equipped. Sixth: Insurance is readily available, and safety protocols were followed. Any concerns were quickly alleviated. One tree was enormous, around seventy feet, and with ropes, the climber excuded such confidence as not to worry us. There was a great deal of clean-up, and I felt they would have to come back the next day. But, Arturo ensured us they would power through. Though it took until sunset, and basically all day, the job was finished as he said it would be. We have more work to do, and we'll no doubt be incorporating Sierra & their crew. The teamwork was seamless and safe, and I trust their opinion how to best use this land & property. I've dealt with those companies, as many have, where I'd like the opportunity to give even fewer than one star. Sierra's, in my experience, I could give even better than five. I don't give these kind of reviews lightly: these are people I would recommend highly, as in the future I intend to contact them directly. I just can't imagine better work, nor better service.

We said okay and he set up a Saturday for the reschedule. On Saturday, his mother called and said he was running 3 hours late because he was doing 4H with his child. I said okay. We called them back and no answer we left a message that we couldn't wait around all day and to try for the following week. No call came. We called again despite reservations with how unreliable they were, and left a message to let us know if they were still interested in the business. The mother called and left a message last night that she had time "sometime" today, wednesday, or Saturday. We were done with them and decided they were extremely non commital, unreliable, and Unprofessional. Then the mother called this morning and offered today or Saturday. I told her for the 3rd time we cant do weekends for estimates. And that we need a morning like 9 am appointment. She seemed put off by it and offered 9-10 some morning. I told her that we need to work and cant wait around for Gordon or Cody for an hour to give us an estimate. She said she'd call them and call me back in 10 or 15 minutes. Never heard from her. These people at this company clearly get leads and play games, juggling potential customers into time slots that are only convenient to themselves and will drop you if they feel like it for personal reasons, a more expensive job comes through after promising you, or they want to sleep in past 9 am on a weekday. Its a wonder companies like this have any customers frankly. Wacky experience for a company that is to be cutting down enormous trees around your home. Disorganized and a waste of your time.
