The team worked hard to get the job done, even when weather was challenging. He responded to e-mails quickly, and showed that he knows how to deal with insurance claims seamlessly. Gerry was also able to get an electrician on site to address a pre-existing issue I had with some electrical outlets. In my experience, Gerry is a standup guy and his pricing is reasonable. Interestingly, Dan had no problem stopping by our home unannounced to collect the remainder of the deposit. Dan and his crew also installed a gutter on our flat roof. The very first time it rained, the gutter did not work properly and overflowed from the front instead of draining correctly. We contacted Dan to come back out and investigate the issue, and we have not heard from him since. Overall, the experience was disappointing. There was a lack of follow-through, poor communication, and work that felt rushed or incomplete. After reading other reviews, many of them sound very similar to our experience. We were told the roof came with a "10-year warranty," but that does not mean much if you cannot get the company to return calls or come back out when there is an issue.
