So, after waiting 1 hour after the scheduled time, I send a text message asking if they were still coming. 3. After waiting 2 hours I decided to give them a call. The phone when directly to voice mail. No response 1 hour later after the phone call. Tried calling again. It also went directly to voice mail. I tried again 3 three hours later with the same results. 4. No replies to my text even 24 hours later. 5. As of this writing 72 hours after the first text message, I have not received any replies to text and phone calls. In summary, If this is the kind of service a customer receives just to get an estimate, what kind of service would you receive if you awarded them a contract or have warranty issues.
