I've been here a few times and it was a good experience. Car washes here can vary in price and quality, and even the more expensive ones don't always do as good of a job as they should. For starters, they have free vacuums here. They work really good and it got me where I needed to go. Quite impressed, I must say. I'm used to those janky tubes with the wide plastic handle from the 90's where inevitably they don't work as good as they should and wear out. Not here! the garbage area was on the smaller end, and could use bigger bins. The prices here are fair and square. I went with the good wash for $12 because, well, road salt in Michigan. Had to get it off the car since we've had a few snow storms and it was getting all over my coat when I got in and out of the car. They have three lanes here; one for members, one for credit cards and another for cash payers. I went through the credit card one and and it was fairly easy to navigate and pay. I whipped around to the wash bay and a nice gal guided me through. she hosed down the car and the wash was actually really good. The down side? My back end didn't get as clean as I would've hoped. Was it cleaner than when I came in? Yes. Could I see out of my backup camera? Also, yes. But it seems like the brushes here have a hard time cleaning the back end of the car, somewhat. Not as clean as the rest of the car, but hey, it works. Overall a good experience and I would come here again as needed. read more

I've had a membership for years with the Utica location. I've noticed a decline in the cleanliness of the facility. Also, the equipment is often not functioning. The first overhead roller has been broke for months. The blow guns hardly ever work. Half the vacuums do not work and are often laying on the ground. The machine that cleans the floor mats is broken all the time. This used to be a very good car wash where the equipment was well-maintained and the facility was kept clean. It is far from that now. Considering canceling my monthly membership there. read more

Do not go here. I went to this car wash for the first time on Wednesday 12th of June 2024. My hood, roof, trunk are damaged with little pelting marks in the clear coat. There is no damage to the sides of my vehicle. My vehicle was at the dealership on Monday June 11th, no damage was noted there. I only got my car washed because a bird had popped on my hood. When I got home, I noticed there were marks on my hood, I took a photo to enlarge the marks to see what they were, this is the last photo, which is location date and time marked. Damage is consistent with debris from sprayers/ top roller, as the marks were made from something at high velocity. The company called me and said because I did not inspect my vehicle after it went through the wash, they are not responsible. I did not know I have to inspect my vehicle after getting a $22.00 car wash, I have owned vehicles for 35 years. read more

I travel past other car washes to come to the Utica location but will not be going back, they've lost my business. We went to the new wash in Fenton. The place is a rip off. Terrible wash. Plus we joined the everyday club plan because we received a discount on our first wash. After that first wash we realized it's a horrible place to get a wash and we canceled our membership on their site, so we thought. On 5/31/2024, I used GreenWay Auto Wash in Utica, MI and my car was damaged. I arrived at home and noticed that the rear passenger side window trim had been torn off. It was evident based on the trim being missing and the rubber lining around my window being stretched as if it was pulled, that this trim was forcefully removed. I called the carwash and asked if they had seen any chrome window trim and they confirmed that they had found it inside the carwash. I picked up the trim and filed an incident report a couple days later (6/2/2024) with an employee named Tyler who informed me that the assistant manager Michael Scott would look into this. He also stated that it was apparent that this damage was caused by the wash based on my car being new with no previous damage. I came back to the wash for the assistant manager to take pictures and he too agreed that this damage should be covered after the owner(s) reviewed the camera footage. He asked me to get estimates. After not hearing from anyone for 2 weeks, I called and spoke with the site manager (Emily Carrp) who stated that this was still being reviewed by the owner(s), but typical process was for the owners to send a check if the cost was less than the carwash's insurance deductible. I informed Emily that I had shopped around for estimates as the assistant manager requested and I would be dropping them off. The next day (6/21/2024), I received a call from the assistant manager Mike stating that his owner (Jeff Wiggington- out of state) had reviewed the incident and made a decision that they would not be covering any repairs for my Jeep Grand Wagoneer. According to the assistant manager, the owner assumed that there had to be previous damage for my window trim to be "blown" off. I informed Mike that this speculation was incorrect. My car is new with NO damage at all. Seeing as how the rubber under the trim was elongated, the trim appeared to have been ripped off. Therefore, one of the brushes were most likely caught on the trim. The camera footage was also reviewed and there was no issues with my car while entering the wash. I have been a loyal customer since this carwash opened, even traveling additional miles to use this wash after I moved out of the area. I've had 3 new cars (Jaguar XJL, Range Rover Sport, & Jeep Grand Wagoneer) use this wash and was worried that some day, my car would be damaged. Ironically, the individuals working their at the time were persistent about me getting a membership, so I took them up on their offer. I trusted that my cars wouldnt get damaged due to the wash being new. I also trusted that the management/owners would be honest and cover any damages caused by their carwash. Unfortunately, I was wrong and this is not how they do business. This carwash owners care about an expense more than loyal customers or their reputation. Therefore, I will be cancelling my membership by the end of the month. DO NOT go to this carwash if you have a nice car. The owners and management will not take any accountability for any damage. read more

It's an automated carcass. The kiosks are nice, and free vacuums are good. The was is a basic car wash. No more... no less. The prices do seem a tad high, but not anything outrageous. If you are afraid of anything being broken off, then tale it off before hand. My brother took me here and it wasn't bad. I will say this. It's fast, and their dryer is really good. I think this is the only location, so unless you live nearby. I don't see the value of a membership. I love a good ways away. I fond myself nearby when I go to Dave & Busters. read more

I was dissatisfied with the service from your business and reached out that same day by phoning and emailing the contact on the website with no response until I wrote a bad review. I am not sure of any satisfactory way to fix a gouge in a Jeep Wrangler hard top except replacing it and that is a large expense which I assumed you would not be willing to accept. If you are willing to do that then please contact me and I will be happy to come in. I wanted to let you know so you can better your business and adjust your equipment so this doesn't happen to others. Wanted to try out the new location on hall road. My update to my previous poor review about my Lincoln MKZ having the wiper yanked from the car TWICE is that all I asked to have done is for the RECURRING CHARGE TO STOP. Now what do I find on my credit card? ANOTHER MONTHLY CHARGE. I am out hundreds of dollars and all I asked for was to TURN OFF THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION thinking it is a new business and I was being reasonable. What do I get? Another recurring charge and friendly messages on Yelp and Google with zero actual action. I don't need to talk about anything-all I need is you to stop charging my card for a service I will clearly never use as I told your employeeS. Now I had to sit on hold with my credit card issuer to charge this back which means you will incur a fee for simply failing to do something amazingly simple TURN OFF THE RECURRING CHARGE. This was a really really poor experience. I am legit a really laid back guy-letting them off the hook for jacking up my car not once but TWICE and this is what I get-more charges for a subscription to a car wash that damages my car?! Get real. I don't want to talk anymore. I'd already spent 30 minutes talking to your employees about the two incidents and then having to get a loaner from Lincoln (thank GOD for them) while they fixed my totally ruined wiper arm. I tried this car wash Friday on both my truck and my car. I did the $9.00 wash on my truck and wasn't impressed. Truck was still dirty and covered in soap and wet at the end of the line. When I went back with my car I chose the $19.00 wash hoping to get a better job. Unfortunately all it got me was a more expensive wet dirty car. New place with a lot of potential. For now however there are few issues that need to be addressed quickly. 1). Brushes are not staying on the car. At least on my pick up. Side brushes take set at the exterior mirrors and not bounce back to do the rest of the track. That leaves 60% of the truck not washed. 2) Terrible water spots from eco water rinse. Great that they are saving on recycled water but then I have to clean the car from all the white water spots left on black truck. Other than that facility is good. Staff is great. Jus please fix these issues and it'll be great. read more

I think $9 for basic wash is $2-3 too high. I would consider the club, but there aren't other locations to use. My black Tesla model 3 came out about as clean as other auto washes I have used. The Equipment is new and modern, not sure if that makes a huge improvement. I have used Jax before and have had similar performance. read more

Terrible experience at the Hall Road location. The panel on my roof that sits next to my moonroof got ripped off by the blow dryer and thrown through the air along with the clips that held panel on. Took 3 weeks to get all of the parts ordered from FORD which ended up costing about $40. The manager, John, refused to reimburse me for the clips even though this was not an after market accessory. If you like to keep your vehicle intact go somewhere else. read more

Went through for the first time and everything was way too powerful I thought the water was going to rip through my bed cover and I thought I was going to take the paint off. Also by the end where the blowers are I thought the blowers are way too strong and we're gonna break my windshield everything was way too powerful. Need to pay attention to detail. I've been waiting to try this place for quite awhile since it looks pretty cool. I tried it today and it's exactly what they advertise. It's a car wash. Plain and simple. True, their equipment is pretty cool. Their conveyor belt system is state of the art. The shammy dryer is a nice touch. The building itself is very modern with all glass and stainless steel. Employees are friendly and in nice shirts giving them a more professional appearance. They do have free vacuums and mat cleaners which is also nice. When I stopped by this evening, my car was moderately dirty and they did a very respectable job in regards to getting it clean. They do advertise a wash club when you out your credit card in, but they don't have workers out there hounding you to join their wash club to save a couple bucks. I've stopped going to a certain car wash in Shelby because of the hard sell every time you're there. Now for the bad (?) They don't start with a manual soaping and brushes. It's all completely automatic. If your car is extremely dirty, will they get all the problem spots? Wasn't the case for me today because my car wasn't that bad. Their claim to fame is that they can reuse water, making it more ecologically friendly by filtering out the oils and waxes. I'm sure their filtering system does that. But my biggest complaint is that all that new technology costs. That cost is passed along to the consumers.. I got the mid-level wash which was 15 bucks. If I go to Mr. C's, they'll vacuum my car, do my interior glass, wipe my dashboard, and so on for about the same price. Just sayin'. It's also ironic that there's a $1.99 car wash across the street! I enrolled with 1 month plan (buy 1 month & get the 2nd free) back in August in 2021 paying $29.99, the lady at the register told me when the promotion ends & the plan will be cancelled and I won't be charged! So i wen again this month I found out my plan was NOT canceled and I was charged for Oct, Nov & Dec the amount of $29.99 each. Keep in mind that I was paying cash for the 3 straight months every time I visited the place. So today I spoke to one of the managers, her name is AMY, she was very rude & didn't want to help or budge at all, and she refused to give me the owner's phone number. I will advise everyone not to go to this place because they rip off people & some of their machine parts don't work (it happened in the last 3 months), when I paid full price cash??? Make sure to check their promotions before enrolling & make sure to get a credit back when their parts are broken. Trust me GreenWay wash started good when they opened this business but now you cannot have a decent car wash at this location Hall rd, Sterling Heights Location. Went for my first wash ever this morning and my vehicle came out more filthy than it went in! I noticed that soap was not used. It was spraying my vehicle with just water and when my vehicle got to the "shammy" it just slewed dirty water that left a thick white residue all over my vehicle and windows! I could barely see out of my windows! I immediately called to complain and was told that my "car looked pretty clean when it got out" and that maybe I need to just grab a complimentary shammy and wipe my windows clean! For $38.00 a month I shouldn't have to wipe anything myself! I called the other location and they said they often have this issue and that it is because the soap doesn't come on and only sprays wax. That the technician has to adjust the settings. I went back and guess what? The second time they used soap! Regardless, I am cancelling because it shouldn't take 2 washes, the staff accusing me of just needing to wipe my own vehicle down and Pam's nasty attitude. State of the art modern technology. I wash my car twice per week so the every day club is the way to go. I pay $19.95 per month which equates to about $2.50 per wash. Unbelievable value relative to the outdated other car washes. I tried the guy across the street a while back and could not believe they actually charge you for soap LOL. The people at the $1.99 wash across the street are rude and aggressively go after tips. I tried to tip the girl at the cashier at Greenway and she refused to accept the tip and she was super friendly. By the way - once you go through the place across the street for $1.99 per wash and pay for soap, vacuums and tips it is way more than my $2.50 a wash as an unlimited club member. Greenways vacs are free and they are going to have free mat cleaners soon which will be great. I know it sounds strange but one of the coolest things about the free vacs at Greenway is they have these air hoses that have powerful compressed air that you can use to dry cracks and crevices that collect water and they also can spray out hard to clean spots in your interior. I have NEVER seen that before. They also offer free air for your tires so when you add up all the stuff they give for free you realize how the other guys are buckle and dining you.
