He didn't miss one single problem, either. In the years since I hired him, I've been living in the house, and not one bad thing has been detected. I was tremendously impressed by the way he was generous with his time. He answered all of my questions and gave me proper explanations for getting started in fixing things. (Please note that I did not say he will spend all day explaining things in great detail when you are too lazy to do any work to learn.) His report was tremendously clear and understandable to people who aren't experts, too.

As we had been living in the house (an old house in Bloomfield) for some time, he offered us a fresh perspective, which we valued immensely. He informed us of some issues that we were unaware of (such as an old electrical line coming into our meter from the street, loose roof shingles, etc.) that should be addressed. This provided us with a helpful starting point for setting up a schedule of necessary home improvements. Andy took his time to answer all of our first-time home buyer questions and impressed me with his knowledge of the construction, electrical, and plumbing trades. He walked our house during the Covid pandemic, and followed all proper safety procedures. We added on a pest check sub-contracted through Griffin that was fast and thorough (and luckily revealed no termites). We were able to schedule an appointment within a week, despite a crowded schedule, at a very reasonable rate, and received the inspection report within a few days. Andy was professional, friendly, and efficient. I would highly recommend him for your home inspection needs.

The home is older and we had some obvious concerns going into the inspection that we relayed to John beforehand. He arrived right on time and we chatted about what to expect from him, what I would want to be involved in during the inspection and he got right to work. At the end of his inspection, he walked me through the home inch by inch pointing out both good and bad and explained everything in detail. He even showed me where the water main was in case of emergency as well as what was where within breaker boxes, etc. After buying and selling many homes over the years, I can honestly say that this was the most detailed and honest inspection I have ever been a part of. Thank you!

Though Bob's website states he is usually available within 3 days of contact I was told it would be about a week until he could view my property. I knew then he was my guy. You don't eat at a restaurant with no other patrons. Bob could not have been more thorough, professional or accommodating. His first words after introducing himself were "Are there any areas or items that you have specific concerns regarding?" Time was taken to explain each step of the process as we moved through the home. All of my questions were answered confidently and truthfully, even if it's not what I wanted to hear. The positive interaction with Inspectioneering makes me wish he was available throughout the home buying process, not just the inspection. This is someone you want in your corner. Bob, I truthfully thank you for taking the time to walk me through my future home, sharing your professional insights, and putting my family and I at ease.
