Well, here's one more because Tim is a rockstar. My wife and I are first time homebuyers and the process of finding a quality inspector was daunting to say the least. I found Tim as a recommendation on a Pittsburgh Reddit post. Having worked in sales for over 20 years, his website was what sold me initially. "When - and if - you speak to my competitors, you'll notice some of them practice the "High Pressure Sales Pitch." They'll dance around your original question: "HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE." They don't want to let you off the phone until they've made a sale. I don't believe in that: I'll answer ALL of your questions, and if you want to call me back later, that's fine with me." Tim was very communicative about the process, offered discounts for bundling inspections and paying cash. The day of he explained everything thoroughly as neither of us know anything about the structure and quality of a house. His report was color coded and very detailed. We knew what was urgent, what needed to be fixed in the future, and what would be normal upkeep. He answered every one of my questions and was patient with me. It is beyond evident that Tim loves what he does and that shows in his work. He didn't scare us but rather prepared us. He also recommended Joe Blume for a sewer and drain inspection and we trusted recommendation. They are a great team and we're so glad we trusted them to help us with this process.
