Mr. Rudd was responsive, communicative, professional, and maintained a positive demeanor throughout what was already a stressful situation. What stood out most was how thorough he was. It's obvious that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing quality service. He didn't just complete the job and disappear. He followed up the next day with a phone call to explain the results in detail and then sent an email that aligned perfectly with everything we discussed. My only con is the price. It was a bit expensive, but let's be honest... my con is almost always the price. Who actually enjoys spending a lot of money? No one! That said, the level of professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made the experience worthwhile. I would absolutely use his services again and recommend him 100%. No one else in my house was effected by the mold, but I could tell there was something there and Danny believed me. After doing an air sample with no evidence of mold spores, he went a step further and did a cavity sample in the wall. The results for mold were off the charts. Not only did he find the mold, he found the cause of water penetration. Danny, being experienced with many companies in his line of work, gave me the names/numbers of some top-notch remediation companies who proved to be great additions to my arsenal to combat my mold problem.
