I was trying to make a split transaction and the computer froze. Which I get happens. But before…read moreit froze the girl had me swipe my card. She told me the transaction didn't go through and so we did the whole transaction on another card and I was told I would be refunded my money. It's been a few days and I checked and the partial transaction did go through. So I called to get help and I was hung up on twice. They answer didn't say anything and hung up the phone. I became frustrated with the manager who is a young man and who answered the phone. He told me I needed to call a 1-800 number in order to solve the problem. Since I didn't have a receipt. How am I suppose to have a receipt for something I was told didn't go through? I only have my receipt from the full transaction and the payment that I wasn't supposed to be charged for the bank statement for. So obviously frustrated I start expressing it. The manager decides to be disrespectful by talking in a rude tone and so I corrected him and told him that's not proper customer service. He was still rude and throughout this he decides to hang up. I called back again and he answered and I started expressing that frustration again and he randomly places me on hold without telling me and leaves me on hold for like 10 mins and I don't know how much longer if I hadn't hung up. So I called back and I got another worker on the phone expressing to him the manager was rude and disrespectful and I needed my situation solved. Again in the middle of me talking I was hung up on. They have poor customer service and teach their workers it is ok to be rude and disrespectful. Will not be going here again amd don't recommend it to anyone and definitely reported this store to cooperate.

Horrible experience! 0/5 stars…read more When I first test drove the mustang everything was fine, no codes or overheating. Then just 8 minutes after signing the papers and driving out, it over heated. The car was labeled as "well maintained " but it clearly was not. They never said anything about overheating issues otherwise I would have never financed the mustang. Nearly 3 weeks of them trying to fix the car but nothing worked. Then on top of that when I asked for papers of what they did to "fix" the problem on the mustang they would give me a attitude and just string me along say, they will give it to me then never did. When they say "I will call you back in a bit" don't expect them to. When I tried to cancel the deal they kept telling me I wanted the car in the first place, YEAH NO DUH! BEFORE I SIGNED THE PAPERS! They also kept speaking to my fiance about the issues and not confirming things with me first even though the deal was with me. At first we thought it was just the coolant and spark plugs being old but it didn't fix the issue and it was much deeper than we thought. We took it back and they had it in the shop for a long time, however the THIRD TIME IT WAS WORSE! HOW DOES SOMETHING GET WORSE IF YOU ARE FIXING IT! On top of that they resent the mustang a fourth time without speaking about it first. At the end they never were able to fix the issue. Mostly everyone there has a very nasty attitude after you sign papers and are only nice before you sign any papers. Most of the cars there are "as-is" even the Chevrolet ones. I should have just financed a car somewhere else with better attitude and saved my self the stress.

The guy then ask me do I know the size of battery,I said no,then he ask me do I have the receipt ,I said no.Then he said we can put battery on cars no more. I didn't ask him to put no battery in my car.i walked to check my information on battery ,then noticed on the window that they check batteries I walked back in and ask could he check my battery he looked at me like you see it's almost to for me go.After that he walked out so slow,and told me I need to pull my car up and wasn't a little bit from the curb,he say can I pull up .I ask him are you serious ..And the 2 ladies walked out like they about to do something .What I am saying hiring some people who want to help your customer ,the 3 people you have suck.I went to forest park,I had no problem .

I love these people. I've been doing business here for years. Small stuff, mostly. Filters and…read morelights and minor parts for whatever is in my garage. But I've always found staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. No nonsense. For instance, I recently found an older, Napa Gold oil filter in my garage that fit a car I recently sold. I called the store and Sandra quickly confirmed the filter was for the old car, and that they could exchange it for a new filter for me plus or minus whatever the nominal price difference was. Turns out they owed me 50¢. This store lacks the hype and the glitz you'll find at other major auto parts stores. But their people will make sure you get what you need.
