They worked overnight to get our house clean and ready for the next rental and basically saved that rental for us. And? They still did all the work we'd originally hired them for! And? My mom got her wood porch, that had been standing there for almost 30 years, re built about 2 months ago by Gary Carpenter. Right after it was built it looked sturdy (mind you my mom has never built anything in her life and has no idea what to look for). Within 2 months the porch and railing has started to lean and come apart. When my mom called the contractor that re built it for her (found on Home Advisor) he was disrespectful and reluctant to come look. When he did he told her "this is what happens to wood" and offered to put in "a few screws" right there. When my mom noticed it was still crooked he said "well either the top of the railing or the bottom is going to have to be crooked" He then continued to make excuse after excuse and later directed my mom to send all of her concerns to "the owner" of the company's email (which is his wife). He also told her any corespondents between them will be charged $75/hr!! For questions and concerns about her crap made porch! Are you kidding me?!?! They have yet to attempt to contact my mom, respond, or fix their mistakes other than his grand idea of adding screws. And at this point my mom doesn't trust him and would prefer to just get her money back for the crap job she's going to have to pay someone else to fix! And in the expierences she's already had with them I'm sure that won't be easy and will require some kind of court my advice to everyone is not to hire this man or "company". Apparently he is licensed and bonded so you would think that would come with some feeling of responsibility and pride ‍ If for some reason him and his "owner" decide to do the right thing and refund my mother's money I will revise my review.

From the minute you talk to him, you know that he is knowledgeable in all trades and makes an excellent general Contractor. We had him change out and assemble our new pendants, chandelier in the dining area and outside lighting. He even hung up a curved double shower curtain rod (Hey, we know our limitations). Right from that initial contact with Brian, he was direct, honest and let us know that his company is very busy and as soon as the fixtures come in to let him know and if his electrician is too busy, he'd be happy to change them out.
