He and his boy were on time, actually asked if he could come early, which was fine with me. Dusty was obviously much better than the original hauler, who canceled at the last minute on me. They were respectful of my furniture and home, being very careful not to cause any damage. I could also see that they were meticulous in securing items on the truck and trailer, so it wouldn't end up on the roadside somewhere. When I saw that he had extra space on his truck and trailer, I asked if he could also take some additional items for disposal. Dusty was very accommodating for accepting extra items I wanted gone. Dusty and his boys were prompt, organized, and responsible individuals and I will definitely use their services again!

We had a retaining wall replaced, irrigation system installation, sod installation, deck demo / concrete demo, new concrete poured as well as gorgeous wedding cake stairs, many trees planted as well! They were comparable to other estimates we received, but ultimately we went with Eden because of Richard. Unfortunately some of the sub contractors he went with were not up to the same standards in our opinion. Cement work was not smooth in places and we had to have them return and fix areas and they still aren't great. Just something to keep in mind, Richard and his brother in law were great.

They installed a bathroom septic pump that started failing immediately. Two licensed contractors inspected it and found multiple code violations: a wrong pump, no ventilation, and toxic gases spreading through my house near the heater. Lance admitted the work wasn't done correctly and promised to reimburse me for repairs. I paid $6,000 out of pocket to have it fixed properly over a month ago.
