We have used Remodel Masters for three jobs in our home. The first two jobs were bathroom floors,…read moreremoving tile, prepping the floors and laying LVT. The floors turned out just the way we wanted, high quality installs. They also removed counter tops in 3 bathrooms and were able to do it without disturbing the tile backsplash. We hired them to move a toilet in a basement bathroom and remove the floor and lay LVT there also. Which is where the problem starts. The toilet was moved but instead of removing the tile floor, they filled in the grout lines so they wouldn't eventually show through the LVT. That was fine with us. They laid the floor, it looks very nice but when you step on it it has a hollow sound. When Jed had me come see the finished floor, he came in the bathroom with me, talking the whole time. After I paid them, I went down to put the bathroom back together I noticed the floor was "noisy", called to my husband who concurred that the floor sounded hollow. He immediately called Jed and told him the floor was hollow sounding. Jed said they'd come back but they had a big job starting so it would be a week or two. They still have not fixed our floor. In my opinion Remodel Masters should have fixed our problem since they created it BEFORE going on to their next job. Silly me paying for work that was not right. The job was done May 9th and we're still waiting. I'm sure Jed knew we would have complaints but why he avoiding fixing his error is beyond me.

If you use this bank, you MUST have the house completed in 9 months, and if it's not, YOU WILL BE BILLED THE INTEREST EVERY MONTH THAT ITS NOT COMPLETED. This ended up costing us OVER $1,100. The bank also surprises you with a paper at the signing, that does NOT ALLOW you to stop the construction and have it completed by another responsible contractor. Some houses were NOT even completed a year later. On our job, the project manager was A WORTHLESS D.ICKHEAD. He wouldn't even show up to approve it or fix what "he" was supposed to fix and move to the next phase. If you want a reliable home builder, DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WERE A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE THAT CONTINUED EVEN A YEAR AFTER CONSTRUCTION. One of the owners, Don, he an arrogant d.ick.

One thing to stood out to me is how quickly they were able to get the jobs done. Jeremy, the owner, is very good at coordinating the various workers so there was very little waiting time during the project. He moves the project along quickly and does very good work. Another thing to stood out to me is the quality of his drywall work. My basement has a rather peculiar texture pattern, but his guy was able to perfectly match the pattern, and his seams and taping were so clean that there's no way to tell there was ever any work done. The shower he remodeled for me turned out very well. He was even able to relocate an exhaust fan, expand the size of the shower, and the quality of the tile & grout-work came out very well. Next year I plan to use Amason All Around again to remodel my two downstairs bathrooms.

My husband and I had never built a home before, and decided to take the opportunity and challenges that present itself, with a custom home build. We hired a designer to help us with the process and to mediate any obstacles that we would encounter along the way. She was fabulous and invaluable! In the beginning, based on our viewpoint, Axiom Homes personnel were warm and inviting and they seemed to care about our vision of the type of home that we wanted to build. Sadly, by the end of our home build, based on the circumstances of our situation, we were not happy with the total outcome and our experience! When you build a custom home, the details, craftsmanship, and customer service are everything! It has been through our experience and based on our perspective, that Axiom Homes did not deliver in these areas! It is our belief, that if you decide to build your custom dream home, do your research on all of the home builders in your area, knock on doors and ask homeowners about their encounters with their builder, and always, always remember that it is YOUR vision and YOUR money
