Not only did they fail to communicate that they needed to reschedule, they didn't answer or respond to our repeated calls on Tuesday-Thursday trying to figure out what was going on. So, they show up on Friday morning unannounced and not a single apology or explanation was offered. We were also hassled by the shady guy who ground up our tree stump. He demanded - and I do mean demanded! - we pay in cash. Understandable for a small business owner, but don't be a dick about it!
