DO NOT USE!!!! One of the most unethical companies I have ever seen or worked with…read more Horrible communication. Had to follow up on every email sent. Never advised when coming out. They would just show up even if i was not available. Horrible customer service. Very rude and condensending. Order sod and trees. Left multiple patches in the sod. Put sod over fence posts I dug out and had to redo. Order multiple trees and asked because it was November and SNOWING, to wait until spring to plant. They refused and when spring came, no surprise every tree was dead and needed to be replaced. A couple months after trees where replaced, a few of them died again. Requested to have them replaced again but they refused saying warranty only good for one replacement. I reminded them their refusal to wait until spring to plant and they said it didn't matter. When I replaced the few trees myself, I found they did not remove the mulch so they planted some of the trees in mulch and not dirt. Use any other landscaping company. You will save money and may actually get what you pay for.

I wouldn't recommend anyone work with this company. Besides many problems they have basically…read morestolen from us. We bought cabinets through them and they only delivered less than half of them. They stopped the project half way through and now are refusing to answer any phone calls from me. I will get a text claiming he will call, but he never does. The project was stopped right in the middle of it making the house unlivable, then I had to find lodging for my family while I made it somewhat livable. The cost is very expensive especially considering they don't do all the work or give all the deliverables. He lied about how long the project would take, even if they had worked, the time estimate would have been way off. At beginning of the project, when they did show up, they would work from about 12:30 - 4:30. Owner would continually lie and state he would be there first thing in the morning. The earliest they did show up was around 11 on the first day. I was given no reason as to why they stopped working, or why he couldn't even answer the phone. I gave him many opportunities to just let the project move forward, but he couldn't be bothered to even answer his phone. Don't use this company unless your into fraud, not getting what you paid for, and want the hassle of having to work with an attorney.
