DO NOT USE!!!! One of the most unethical companies I have ever seen or worked with…read more Horrible communication. Had to follow up on every email sent. Never advised when coming out. They would just show up even if i was not available. Horrible customer service. Very rude and condensending. Order sod and trees. Left multiple patches in the sod. Put sod over fence posts I dug out and had to redo. Order multiple trees and asked because it was November and SNOWING, to wait until spring to plant. They refused and when spring came, no surprise every tree was dead and needed to be replaced. A couple months after trees where replaced, a few of them died again. Requested to have them replaced again but they refused saying warranty only good for one replacement. I reminded them their refusal to wait until spring to plant and they said it didn't matter. When I replaced the few trees myself, I found they did not remove the mulch so they planted some of the trees in mulch and not dirt. Use any other landscaping company. You will save money and may actually get what you pay for.

We contacted them and they were out within a couple of days to provide an estimate. With recent storm damage their schedule was full, but still managed to stop by when in the area to address our job. A crew of 4 came out and they had the tree trimmed, yard cleaned, and branches mulched within an hour. We are very satisfied with their work. They were careful not to damage any other plants and worked with us to trim the tree to our expectations. Would definitely recommend.

Even though there was no harsh weather at all, our neighbor's large tree had 2 huge branches fall over our fence, onto our roof, and into our yard. We were scared, anxious, and unsure of what to do next. The next morning I called 3 different tree removal companies. The first 2 quoted me the same amount and said it would likely take half a day to remove everything. Manny was my lucky number three, and he quoted me for half of what the others did and came by later that night and had everything removed and completely cleaned up in 50 minutes. Yes, you read that right, FIFTY MINUTES and our house and yard were good as new (honestly looked cleaner than before!). He was so kind and understanding, and his team worked unbelievably fast and efficiently. We were watching them in true amazement. I am so grateful for Manny and his team. As first time homeowners, we were so nervous and feeling desperate. But with Manny's help and his connections, our home is as good as new. If you need an amazing, reliable, helpful, understanding tree company, you'll find it here!

He had been in the neighborhood and spotted our tree and stopped to drop off a quote. It was exactly what we were looking for. We talked with John for a bit about other things around our yard that needed attention. He was up front about what he could and couldn't do. He worked with us on our needs and dropping the trees and not taking everything. We felt the quotes were a deal. He provided proof of insurance with his paper quotes. Great overall experience. Good communication up front about work and costs. Up front about what will happen on site. Quotes delivered and time frame of work was communicated well. John was present most of the work and was very easy to talk with while the work was being done. I recommended J & K to two other family members who needed quotes and work done. They killed it in 100 degree weather. The whole crew was great.
