I asked him why he refused to speak to a customer that is paying him a substantial amount of money and expressed over And over that I needed to talk to him. on Jan 20th 2022 Greenscape Select was paid 38k deposit for a waterfeature project in my backyard. They delayed the project and did nothing. They claimed th deposit had to be paid to get on the schedule. They project was never completed. Here we are in October,10months later, and the project has not started. I have spoken with the owner numerous times and he had many excuses including rock and liner supply chain issues because of COVID. This company is a scam! Took my deposit 5k plus for a driveway repair job that they never intended on doing! Stopped by their office today and they left and owe the owner of the company money as well. No forwarding address. Won't return calls text messages or emails. They are filing bankruptcy or already did. Finding out date filed as they probably filed prior to ripping me off. If so that is fraud! Hired this company to lay six pallets of sod in my backyard. The contract said that they were to tell up the sole level my yard which I even had dirt brought in and sod it. when I got there Shane Bell the owner of the company was standing on my deck and I looked over my deck and realize there was no sod in front of my deck. When I questioned him why, he said that he noticed I had some water runoff and Bermuda does not like water so they left my old grass. they did not level my yard they totally destroyed my front yard and all questions ended with him responding look at your contract we're not responsible for damage to your property. Contracted Greenscape Select to fix our drainage issue in our yard in March 2022. The estimate they gave seemed reasonable. They said we had to pay 55% down to get on their schedule and they were already 10-12 weeks out. They offered free financing. We decided to go with the free financing and they asked the loan company almost immediately for the funds. After months & weeks of excuses as to why they have not started our project we see they have vacated their business space and will not return call. I do not recommend this business at all. I paid them back in January to clean up my yard from the tornado we had in March of last year. They still have not completed the job. They have broken a wooden play house, water hose and water hose holder rack that attached to the house and landscaping brick. They have failed to replace the play house or the landscaping brick. They did replace the water hose with a hose that stretches (that is not like the water hose they broke) when you use it and a cheap water hose rack. Every time they would come out, they would leave the yard a mess and then we would have to wait for a month or 3 months for them to come back out. They built a sucky retaining wall and they still haven't been back out to fill in the gaps, like they said they would. The first retaining wall they built fell. They buried all the broken blocks in our back yard without our permission. They had about 2-3 pallets of blocks left. They took them with them. We actually paid for that. We have sent a message asking when they were going to come back out and finish the job and we have not heard back from them. my husband called him yesterday and he didn't answer his phone. read more

They gave us a 3-8 week lead time. I had to beg them to do the install at 12 weeks. They always say they will call you back and let you know and they never do. Finally after getting upset they show up. They do the install and it wasn't the greatest. I tell the owner and he just ignores it. They tore up a big spot in my original sod and just leave.The owner comes to look at it and agrees they messed up. He says they will send someone to fix it later that week. 3 weeks later I'm trying my hardest to get them out to fix what they damaged. Still no date in site to come. They say next week which they always say then never show and use rain as an excuse. Plus, it's like a 10 minute fix!!! For a $6,500 job they have been an absolute nightmare to deal with. All they had to do was fix what they messed up and I would have NEVER contacted them again bc they were awful. I had to finally tell them to forget it as I don't ever wanna deal with them again. We now have to finish the job ourselves, and put more money into their mess up. The install all around was not at all what they said it would be. Date of Transaction - March 2, 2022 * Paid $892.17 on Feb. 16, 2022 * Greenway Select was hired to do gutter drainage on our home. * Job was not completed and work that was done was not done to terms of our agreement * The organization wanted to provided us with a $200 discount * Invoice No. 1899 We contracted Greenscape Select in Villa Rica, Ga. to come to our home to provide us with gutter drainage to our home. I met Shane the owner at T-Mobile one day upon our initial conversation he appeared to be a genuine guy. He came out to out home on January 14, 2022 to provide me with a quote. I stated how I wanted my gutter drainage to look and how I wanted the work to be done. He let me know that he has done this before. He was insured and his guys were good at the work they provided. We had a few follow up questions and wanted to get a few additional quotes before making our decision. On Feb. 16, 2022 we decided we wanted to move forward. We provided him with half the payment. Shane stated that we would receive a phone call to schedule the work. That was never done. I received an email and text message the night before work was scheduled to take place. Giving us no time to prepare our day to ensure someone would be home. The works came out that morning the did not identify themselves and I was only aware that they were on my property because they knocked my internet out after it was clearly marked were the internet line was. I work from home and that was a very inconvenience. They did not do the work as discuss and made decision on the fly and did not discuss with me on how I wanted to proceed. Not only that when he initially came out to do my quote he never made mention that he didn't want to add drainage because on my gas line. Instead of speaking with on the day on the job he just added the drainage and left it exposed. This is unprofessional work. read more
