She called another associate over to assist and she was just as rude if not ruder than Jill. They were not trying to help me rectify the situation being as though the item was "third party" and told me I couldn't return it. They directed me to call Target.com myself which turns out that they were the ones that was supposed to call. I was given email confirmation that it was okay for me to do the return in-store. I went back into the store to complete the return and was immediately given attitude, even the customer service rep on the phone heard it because she was still on speaker phone. After the online customer service rep confirmed that it was okay to return it Mrs. Jill rolled her eyes and proceeded all while chewing gum like a cow! We then walked through a variety of golf drills to address issues with my swing and I saw immediate improvements to my swing. At the beginning, I was chunking the ball and golf was could just be painful at times. By the end, my swing felt very pure and the golf ball was flying beautifully.
