I was looking for powder for my M1917 30-06 and Swiss K31 7.5x55 and stumbled across Miller's via Google. I got there and was really surprised at the amount of reloading supplies they had in their small store. Both of the guys working were really nice and extremely helpful in deciding what powder/powders I needed for the two rifles. My reloading book didn't have the IMR powder data I was looking for for the 7.5x55 so they pulled out there book and found the data I needed. I walked out with 2 pounds of powder for $65, which I was really happy about as their prices are easily half of what you would pay on Gunbroker without the shipping. Unfortunately I didn't have time to look around as much as I wanted, but I will definitely be back to look further into what they have. Well worth the trip!! read more

The gentlemen who work here are knowledgeable and very considerate. The prices and stock are very nice and if they don't have what you're looking for they are very willing to order it for you. Buyer beware. As a novice to handguns I was not fully educated with the product and put my faith in the salesman. I was at another gun shop and called Miller's to compare cost on a particular model, Glock gen4. It was a stock item at the first store for $575. I was quoted $535 from Miller's and told it was in stock. Awesome more money for ammo. I went to the store an hour later and approached the salesman and stated I called about the handgun and clearly repeated the Glock 26 Gen4. He first displayed a Glock 27. I replied wrong gun. Should have turned around then. He then put a Glock 26 on the counter and told me it was the gun I was looking for. I handled it and like the way it felt in my hand. So I purchased it and took it home. A day later I was reading the manual preparing to go the firing range. To my surprise, the manual states my gun is not Gen 4. I called Miller's about my experience and Bill tells me he will buy the gun back for a $135 less. It is now considered used, never fired. What an unpleasant experience. Yes I am somewhat at fault for not knowing enough about the firearm. But I was completely misinformed about my purchase through the salesman. I had put my trust in the salesman for Miller's, bad move is an understatement. Bill admits he considers this mistake. Yeah, a mistake that I am paying for. If you are a first time gun purchaser I would suggest you take your business elsewhere. read more
