As the date of the event grew closer I had no contact with anyone. I attempted to make contact regarding the completion of the shirts and was unable to get anyone. My event came and went and I did not have shirts, nor did I have an answer to phone calls and emails left. I went to the store to pick up my order which was now ready. I explained my frustrations in which he did apologize, and my order was heavily discounted. At this point I had every intention of being a returning customer despite the prior events. When I got home and inspected the quality of the shirts I was greatly disappointed. It appears as though the ink had been running out and what was supposed to be blue was now purple with an orange tint. Visible differences between the first shirt printed and the last shirt printed were noticeable based on how the color was running out during the printing. Even at this point I did not call and explain my frustrations again. I am now writing this review as I had recently worn the shirt, washed it and went to fold it and noticed that the logo on the back of the shirt is off-center by several inches. I'm not sure how I missed this, or how they missed this. How do you let a product this bad get to the hands of the customer? All this said I will not be returning to Timothy Ink and I do not recommend his services.
