This was a double door unit, and when I moved into the unit, there was a single lock on one of the doors, which I assumed was property of Foxes Den, being that there were two doors on the unit. I had this unit setup on an auto payment plan, and for the month of October 2020, the auto-pay did not come out, so November of 2020, I was billed for November and October, plus a late fee. I called and was told by the rude guy who answered that I didn't pay for October. When I explained that I was on auto-pay, he told me that I was still responsible for making sure the payment was made, and that he would not remove the late fee, and then proceeded to tell me that "perhaps your card didn't have any available credit." I explained that my card had well over $4000 of available credit, and he then proceeded to tell me "Maybe you made a payment in the last month." I then told him to cancel the unit, and I would be moving out, to which he said he was doing. I moved everything out on 12/24/2020, and then I received a bill for a $30 lock cut fee, a $75 cleaning fee, and a $70 monthly charge for December to January. When I called them again, the woman told me that she had to cut the lock off, and that she had to clean the unit out, and she charged me December to January because she can't rent the unit. When I told her that anything left in the unit wasn't mine, she said "I was there the day you moved out, and the stuff is yours." I told her I left the unit empty, and that the lock she had to cut off was there when I moved in, and she proceeded to tell me "Listen, I don't believe you." I said "Fine, then let's keep the $70 for December to January, and at this point, where is "my" stuff, and "my lock?" She then proceeded to state "The stuff is still in the unit; when you clean it out, then we can refund the cleaning fee." I told her I was just going to dispute with my card company, and then I hung up on her. She proceeded to try calling me back multiple times, and then sent a text message, stating that she could go ahead and cut the lock off, bu that I needed to clean out the unit. So, in the end, she never even cut the lock, nor did she do any cleaning of anything, and I'm being charged for it all, while also having to pay the monthly fee. If anything was in the unit when I left, then someone else saw an empty unit and dumped it there to avoid having to dispose of it themself. Never use this company, and as they will charge you for things that they shouldn't be charging you for.

Since they have taken over, the security gate remains open, the security cameras are pointing in the wrong direction. Several locks insode the facility have been cut and items stolen. Our locker included. We have reached out to the call center several times with no response other than the rep saying our concerns will be forwarded to a manager. We cant speak to anyone with any authority to fix the problems they caused. I attempted to contact them through their website only to be given an error message stating the site is not safe. When I continued to the site and accesses the contact us link, I was unable to send the message. The company is a scam and only wants to collect the fees from tenants.
