He was able to come by our place on the same day for an in-person quote and after deciding that we wanted to work with him, he was at our place ready to work the very next morning! He said he was able to come by to start work at 9am the next morning, but he was there not only on time but a bit earlier by around 8:30am! We had started off with 3 projects for him, which he quoted us for, but I ended up asking him if he could do more little projects, and he was able to take on anything we asked of him. He's awesome, he was even so respectful to take off his shoes when he worked inside our home. The projects he was able to complete for us was: 1) carpentry work in our garage (to secure some previous work done before we bought our townhouse, there were some unsecured wooden pillars barely holding up a wooden built-in storage shelf). Jose even told us how he would make it even more secure by adding more pillars where it would hold more weight on the shelf and be more secure; 2) filled up a hole in our wall, he was able to patch it up with drywall and matched the exact paint and by the time he was done and paint dried, you would never have known it was there! 3) he installed a new storm door for us, our previous storm door had a broken door handle, and Jose was able to install a brand new storm door that we had purchased, he even made sure that the storm door we bought was the correct measurement. 4) Jose installed new hardware on our kitchen cabinet doors, they were all aligned! He took the project off our hands. 5) upon request he was able to fix our closet door that wasn't aligned properly, so it didn't shut! When we bought the house it was like that, Jose fixed it! 6) he glued & aligned some wooden pieces coming off that were framing our attic crawl space. 7) he went above and beyond to find some new window screens that we couldn't locate locally, so he drove to another state to look for it the very same day! He wasn't able to locate it, so he ordered the correct sized window screens and installed them as soon as he could after it came in the mail! He was able to get most of the work done in just 2 days! Minus the window installation, which was done as soon as possible, once he special ordered it and after it arrived! His preferred payment method is through Zelle. Jose is an amazing handyman! He is punctual, very reliable, kept his word when he said he would come by and do our projects, and did great work in a timely manner. I would recommend him to family & friends, and we will definitely work with him again.

He took the time to educate my husband and I about our 20 year old roof after a thorough inspection and advised us that it might last another year, but it was in bad condition. Well, we found out how bad it was when the ceiling in my home work office started leaking on my desk one stormy rainy day. I called Bob and left a message asking if he would be interested in checking out the issue for us and he was at our house within 15 mins and was up on the roof repairing that section this time. He didn't charge me a penny and would not take payment. Bob is the most decent, honest and caring business owner I've ever done business with. Bob and his crew take pride in the work they do, and our new roof looks fantastic. Bob gave us a great price, and he went above and beyond to make our roof perfect. Bob's years of experience and his personal code to do the work correctly is reassuring. If you want a top-of-the-line roofing company with an owner who cares about doing the work correctly - CALL BOB !!!!!!!!! I'm so glad I did.

After scheduling, the scheduling manager continued to contact me numerous times, prior to our meeting, to confirm my availability, in which I double checked all the pieces above. Never was I told to allow for a 30minute window, so imagine my frustration when I blocked off an hour for work 2:00-3:00pm, and the guy showed up at 2:30pm, upset with me because I needed to end at 3:00pm. The estimate went quickly. I tried to cover everything we wanted, allowing time for him to take measurements, draw schematics, and have time for follow-up questions, but it felt disconnected and rushed. I was told we would schedule a follow-up Zoom appointment to walk through everything- I scheduled a time period with the scheduling manager, again blocking off work- only to have them call 20mins before the appointment and cancel on us because they weren't ready with information. Then I waited days for them to call back to re-schedule the appointment, but never got contacted. Overall, it wasn't a good relationship. We didn't feel cared for or considered as new clients, so we removed them as a possible vendor.

Next did not come until January 2023. My deck is beautiful; however, there was and is still issues with my fence. I released payment foolishly thinking that this seemingly small issue would be quickly resolved. It has now been more than a month. I sent this email to them today. "On February 4th, I notified that the caps were missing from my gate. I informed the lender of my satisfaction expecting great customer service and that this issue would be satisfied and in a decent timeframe. To date there has been no action taken and my texts are now going unanswered. There is also issues with the lock. If I knew the follow up would be this way, I never would have approved the lender to remit payment without having these issues fixed. I'm providing text correspondences that show the lack of communication and genuine concern with resolving what was a minor issue. I have been getting the run around and now nothing for more than a month".
