AVOID! They did a botched job on my sprinkler winterization (a pipe burst in multiple spots) because they did not leave the valve open slightly--another sprinkler technician from another company saw it first and told me the job was done incorrectly. The manager came by and was immediately flip regarding it and refused any accountability. He told me he didn't care about me as a customer because he had "6,000" more". My security camera picked up the entire audio of this. Anyone recommend legal counsel? read more

I'm so happy with the services we have received by Green Pro! We started with a power rake and aeration. I'm not sure our lawn has ever been power raked, but the guys worked hard and it looked amazing after they were done. Austin gave us a great quote and we had some big rock delivered today! So pleased with how it looks and how efficient the two men who did it were. I also had an area of gravel and dirt spayed for weeds. Later they're coming back to lay some sod. They have always been prompt, thorough and effective with their work. Been using them for almost three yrs for various seasonal projects and they always satisfy. Most recently, I had to call them about a defective sprinkler zone that wasn't going on. I dreaded that they would have to come out and it's been 5 minutes fixing something I probably overlooked come only to charge me at least $50 for the visit. But instead, they called me right back and walked me through everything over the phone of the three probable causes of what could be wrong. That was very cool of them, and that's why I will continue to keep using green pro whenever I need something done regarding my yard or sprinklers. read more

We have contracted with Greenpro service for 9 years. All of a sudden this year they stopped mowing a large section of our lawn. We called numerous times asking for something done and they promised to " fix" it the next day and no one ever showed up. We called one more time asking for Austin, the rep that promised a "fix" and were told the he was not available, apparently on another "More important" job. We were told that the business owner would take our call and he did. He immediately started in by making excuses for not getting the situation resolved. He was rude and overly defensive. He came out the next day to talk to our representative and they got into a huge argument and the owner stormed off saying that he would not mow the untouched area. We are now looking for another company for out lawn service. read more

Little lying Austin lied about everything they were going to do. Don't let these scam artists touch your lawn. They did a whole front yard renovation and a lot of the plants they planted have since died not to mention the filthy dirty lawn mower they used to cut the first cutting of our new grass was responsible for giving our lawn a fungus call "Red Thread" which I have been fighting for the past month and a half. My father and I have been with Green Pro for a few years. My father recently passed away and I have taken over the responsibility with the yard. Kaitlynn and the whole crew have helped me so much. They have kept my lawn beautiful and taken so much care with me and the yard. They have become more like friends than a lawn service. They let me know how much watering I need to do and when they come out to mow if there are any obstructions they move them for me. They trim AND mow for a very reasonable price. On 10-26-18 I had a bill on my door for a sprinkler blowout "Winter System Winterization" from Green Pro. When I called I was told I had requested that service when I signed up for weed and feed yard care in the spring. I told the receptionist that there were three things wrong with that: 1) I have had the same guy blow out my sprinklers for nearly twenty years, so I would not have requested their services for that task. 2) My sprinkles were blown out two weeks before Howard left the bill saying he did the blow out. 3) The blow out valve is in my basement and I did not let anyone into my home for that task, other than my guy. (They never called me, saying they had the wrong phone number for me, so that is why I did not know they were coming) The phone was then handed to the boss who said after searching they could not find the valve so they blew out from a sprinkler head (WHAT?). I told him that their searching explained how the wood support and lattice under my deck got moved and damaged the day of their visit. I asked if someone could return to put things back in order for me, as I am unable to do so - it is too heavy. He got a bit huffy and said that he was there and that did not happen. I am considering how to proceed with this . . . The actual weed and feed was good. But the deception and destruction is very concerning. read more

I watched this company do Lawns that are near my property. When I've asked them questions I got straight answers. The crew is always the same guys. They are professional. They are customer service oriented. They are always good-natured and they care about the type of job they're doing. I have the best looking yard for blocks. I've had people asked me if they could take their shoes off and walked in my front yard. When I have had a problem with my yard or my bill all need do is call. Sure some times it takes a little doing to work or the problems and this company has gone above and beyond to work it out with me. Lois S. I am posting this for Lois as Green Pro is a very unprofesional bussiness and has trouble with the truth. We had utilized their services for sprinkler blowouts and turn on for several years. Prior they were incompetent on 2 occasions on blowing out the sprinklers and my husband repaired the problems himself. Sadly I gave them another chance as my husband passed away last fall. January 2018 I recieved a billing offering a discount for advance payment of services. On 2-1 18 they recieved payment. In March I discovered the obove ground overflow piping had burst due to improper blowout in the fall. I called to see what had happened and Howard came out on 3-13 and replaced some piping without my knowledge and afterwards it was still dripping. He said he would have Ryan the owner would call me with a quote to repair or replace a ball valve. I feel I should have had a say in the repair. On 3-15 I recieved a billing and I called and asked for the quote to fix the problem. Ryan quoted me approx. $100 ( the part was $16) and they would be out the following week to fix it. They said I had turnen on the sprinklers to early which caused this. Problem is I have no clue on how to turn them on so this was impossible. On April 9th I called to see where we were on the list for repair and sprinkler start-up. Ryan told me they were not going to and had told me priviosly to call a plumber. I responded that he never told me to call a plumber and if they were not going to fix it why did he give me a quote? He yelled at me "are you calling me a liar" and I responded that he had never told me to call a plumber. He said he was cancelling my account and that I would not be recieving a refund. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS AS THEY SEEM TO BE UNSTABLE AND UNETHICAL IN THEIR DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS!! read more

The only reason this company is still in business is because of the clerk Tammy Kelly and the Manager Ken Kelly. The owner Ryan Turner is a habitual liar and will use shortcuts anyway he can to make sure he gets your money. I scheduled a Weed and feed With Green Pro and was waiting inside my house for the spray tech to show up. Ryan Turner showed up with a pickup truck with no tanks in the back, walked up to my front door hung my bill off the door handle and left a sign on my lawn saying greenpro sprayed my lawn. So I called to complain, Tammy Kelly answered and sent Ken Kelly out to my house to re spray my Lawn. My lawn has never looked so great. If anyone does business with greenpro request Ken Kelly to do it, Unless you want to get screwed over and lied too like I did. read more

GreenPro is one of those companies that auto-renews you without telling you. I had them blow out sprinklers last year; that put me on their list. They left me a voicemail this Fall saying they were coming out to blowout my sprinklers again. I ignored it, having had another company do it the week before. GreenPro came out without any authorization, blew out my empty lines and sent me a bill. A very tense, shrill GreenPro employee called saying I was late paying the bill. I pointed out I have no contract with GreenPro, nothing to 'auto renew.' She said she was going to send me to Collections and hung up on me. A week later I was in Collections. According to RCW 59.158 telemarketers have to make contact with a prospective customer (voice mail not good enough) and that contact has to be followed up w/written confirmation. Even if GreenPro had sent written confirmation (they didn't), I wouldn't have signed since the work had already been done. Lesson learned: Don't call GreenPro the first time. read more
